This product is true to size. I am approximately 200 pounds 5' 4 and I purchased just the extra large. I wore this before my anniversary, And was a little unsure when I opened the package, because the same I wouldn't be able to fit it. But when I put it on wow! There was a little struggle I would not lie, only because I believe this is why the Shaper works so well. I were this the entire night, And I was Not uncomfortable at all! It definitely cinched my mommy tummy. Ladies you will not regret..Purchase this !

This shapewear snatched me all the way up! I am a 2X in clothing so I bought a 2X. I look two sizes smaller and it removes the fupa and rolls when wearing a dress! It is really hard to get on and I always have to have someone help me put it on, but once it is on, I can breathe perfectly with no problem. I can sit and bend and twist just fine too. This product is a 10000/10. Just get it!

The product is amazing. It works great while working out. However, I have a few recommendations: (1) please make the straps part of the unit. This clip thing that is used for the straps is silly. I had to clip the straps to sew them to the garment for better support; and (2) would really recommend ALL your products have a clip to release for restroom use. The idea of the hole is extremely unsanitary. Especially when the product is made to be worn tight. Otherwise, it does what it says it will.

Beautiful fits nice I got a size 2xl I am 180 5’4It is not hard to get on but smoothes my curves and makes me feel slimmer

Ive worn waist clinchers for years. So i know how they are supposed to fit. I decided to listen to the reviews and bought my normal size of XL. I def needed to go up a size or two. However, I can tell by the way this one fit, it def will do the job. So I will replace it with the right size and post another review with pics.

My waist is a 25 and hips are 45. It was tough to fit over my hips, but once I got it over them it looked great! I have a short torso, about 15 inches, and it doesn’t really fit short torsos that well. It’s a little too long. A good purchase overall though. I would buy again.

Order a size up they run small. If you have thick thighs order two sizes up to be safe.

Not sure why this is 2x sized down from a normal fit. Im normally medium/small large in blouses and I ordered a large to be safe and it didnt go past my hips. So I returned it and ordered a 2xL and it went up w a small effort and whalah snatched me in all the right places. I do have to use the crotch buckle at the longest length because I pull it up over my hips to my waist to avoid and bulging. Now I know the tricks, Im ordering the ither color than black. The price is exceptional works for me? 🌻

It sucks everything in literally, originally ordered a size L but I couldn’t get it on so I reordered a XXL… I like how it fits nice & snug, I’m able to wear dresses & be comfortable without my fupa ruining pictures LOL. I recommend

I'm 5'3 200 lbs. I normally wear an XL. It was too tight I could barley get it on and breath. Ordered a second one, a 3XL. It fits, still super tight but I can get it on easier and breath. I wish I would have gotten a 4XL. But the material is thick and very well made

It doesn’t stretch much but it does hold you together. It will get the job done and allow you to be comfortable.

I have been a Spanx devotee for years but I'll never go back. This is a very high quality product at a much better price point. One thing to note: if you have a long torso like I do, the straps on this thing are waaaaaay too short. But they're entirely removable, so you can swap out other bra straps for a more comfortable fit.

At first it was very up there it hurt but you can adjust the bottom which I didn’t not notice till I went to the bathroom. I loved it! I wear XL but ordered the 3XL.
