Love it! Much much better than a button up or clip one! I was wonderfully surprised! I could instantly see how well it looked and felt! Couldn’t probably wear it under tight clothing but I’m hopeful in it working!

I am 5’5, 155 pounds. My waist is 29/30 inches and I bought a Medium. Im glad I did because as you see the Yianna is not perfectly at the center of my stomach so it gives me something to work towards. I have a lot of room in this belt. If I want to I can absolutely make the second band tighter and align the Yiana name to the center. However, I prefer to gradually tigheten it along with my stomach tightening. I like to feel comfortable, a little tightness at a time is all I need. So with the second stretchy band you can adjust it to your liking. Definitely worth the money!

It works, had a baby on March 5th, got.my shape back now :-)

My only complaint is I wish it was longer to cover my whole torso, muffin top and underboob/back fat at the same time. Either way, decent for the price. As good as other brands I've tried for at least twice as much! It holds well too! Had it on for 4 hours while standing, walking, bending, and squatting and it was comfortable the whole time. The last one I bought had this crappy underwire in it that poked me, as if I didn’t get enough of that from my bra!!!! This one is awesome!

I love it. Had my tummy tuck and the steel in the others bother me. This one is comfortable and I where it secretly under my cloth. I don't know if my waist is smaller but it damn sure looks like it when it's on.

I absolutely love the YIANNA Women's Waist Trainer Belt. I was happy to see it come in one day earlier than expected. Upon receiving I immediately put it to work during my hour morning workout. After giving birth I have a small problem area that just will not go away even after clean eating and exercising at least 5 times a week. Putting it on was simple no instruction needed. I was concerned that the L I ordered would be too small based on other reviews but to my surprise it wasn't at all. I love the way it shapes my waist and makes it looks much smaller. Just wearing it and looking in the mirror with it on motivates me to keep going. I see some people opt to wear it all day long I personally only wear when I workout. But I love it and would advise anyone looking to lose a few inches from their waist to give it a try.

Last year I lost half of my body weight, and let's just say now I have too much skin. I have been wearing different forms of compression to hold my skin in place. I really like this waist trimmer belt, it is very sturdy and does the job well. First you put it around your waist as tight as you like, then you take the two straps in the back and wrap them around you for an even tighter fit, which gives that hour glass shape that everyone loves. I was pleasantly surprised at how relaxed it made my back feel. I ordered a 2X and for me this is true to size.

I'm kind of in love with the waist training belt simply because the size is accurate. I have issues with getting sizes larger, sometimes way larger than my own because it is usually too small. I wear a L in shirts and float between an 8 - 10 in size. I'm on a low carb diet and I walk 5 miles a day. I figured the belt would help me sweat out some water weight while I walked/run daily.

The belt fits around my waist just fine but then there is added supports, like extra bands that help give a custom fit to your body. I like this. The reason why, is because I find even my posture changes when I tighten it up with the extra straps. It is all velcro, so all you have to do is pull and rest it down on the other parts of the belt. As long as you aren't cutting your circulation off, it is hardly noticeable.

I can peel this thing off after a forty minute walk and feel the burn ...well, see the sweat!

I love that you can't tell I'm wearing it when I put my shirt on, it's really comfortable, it makes my back feel really good. I haven't noticed any thinning in my waist yet, but I haven't had it long enough to tell.

This waist trimmer is perfect and not uncomfortable to wear at all. I like the
fact that it has the double velcro belts. I have the little roll in the lower stomach
area and this trimmer slims it right down. I am trying to slim down my abdomen
area and I feel this is the right belt to help me do this. I can easily wear it under
my clothes with no one knowing it is there. I ordered my regular size but I think
1 size larger would have been better. This size fits me correctly but I think the
size larger would have fit my hip area better. Highly recommended.

I'm 5'7 ft, 210 pounds, I wear L(arge) in shirts (37in waist) & 15/16 in pants! The large is more than perfect for me because you can adjust how tight you want it but I wouldn't advise you to put it under skin fit clothes because of the bulge at the front make your belly look a Lil bigger than it is but the sides and the back you can't it's on. Also it doesn't go all the way down your belly, like me, I have a Little lower belly fat so I can kinda tuck it in but if your bigger than me get the Xtra large!!

I could've gotten a medium rather than a large, but everywhere I looked people were saying they ran small. They really don't if you want a prolonged use get your normal size and start with the the two connections slightly touching, then move up to completely touching, and then overlapping. This product was awesome. I have no discomfort while wearing it and I can wear it under baggy clothes without it being noticeable (you can't wear it with tight clothes). I have noticed a difference in the size of my waist. I wear it when I am just hanging out or walking or at the gym. Sometimes I even wear it while I sleep. The pictures I include are the day I first got it and then now, which is about a month later.

The YIANNA women's waist trainer is a great product! Shipping was great! It came sooner that expected! I love it! I use it to go to the gym and it makes my abdomen sweat like crazy! I'm usually a size medium but decided to get a small. The trainer still fits good and is as comfortable as a waist trainer can be. I love the color as well. Waaaaaay better than my last waist trainer. The material is thick and of very good quality. It does kind of bend on the right side once it's on but that doesn't too much bother me. It'll smooth out once I begin to lose fat.
