I love this cincher. It's not bulky and makes me feel more confident during my workouts. I'm 190lbs 5'5 and a [large] fit me perfectly. There are so many of these cinchers on Amazon but I urge others to get this one; It's true to size and not bulky.

Love it very good for the price

I am a size medium in shirts and pants and jean size 4 and the medium fits great and I can tighten it if I lose weight. It's well made and has breathable material along the back. It has a Velcro closure in the front and also extra Velcro strips to make it tighter on the sides. It's actually really comfortable and you can't see it under a lose shirt. For a tighter shirt I would wear a tank top over it first. Not only does this make me look thinner and hold everything in, it improves my posture. I definitely recommend this to others!!

This is very comfortable but still helps support your back and belly. I planned on using mine for the gym but I might even try it under a slip when I wear dresses because it doesn't make me feel like I can't breathe and it supports so well.

I have curves again. This Waist Trainer does a great job of holding it all in. I have a curve again when I use it. I can feel the pop when I take it off of my extra going back to its place of sagging. What I like about this waist Trainer is that it doesn't have the bones that the corset ones do, I have a long torso and those tend to cut into my hips. The Velcro on this one really holds in place no matter how tight you set it. And it has additional Velcro straps to help more. Unexpected benefit for me was the back support. A few people mentioned it, but none of the other trainers I used did anything.

Im not fat to some people they might think I'm skinny. But I order this to use to correct my back keep my back straight. and correct my bad habits. Also I wear it after dinner and just have a little street walk with my mom. I got a small and it fits perfect. So far I like it. It really help;)

I ordered a size up in this product so that way after I have my baby it will fit and I can try to shrink my waist. My husband is testing this out for right now and he seems to really like it. He said he can actually feel Slimmer even just after wearing it for one day. He said he feels like his stomach is flatter. I will continue to monitor this and give updates.

I ordered xl and I am happy to get the right size . I need to replace my old one. I use this for my exercise to help me trim my waist and give me a better and shaper look. This one has great quality and convenient to wear.

To got this for the girlfriend. She was in the workout mood since summer is coming. She always complain about her waist/stomach. This belt fit perfect, tight for a small. She usually wear extra small. After having it on for a few mins, she can tell that she'll be sweating the fat or at least a lot of water away. The material was good, and stretchable. We'll see when some comes around if she has the beach body she wanted:)

Yes I love this so much. I am 170 lb size 40 hips and 38 waist and a 2xxl fits good. I got a great sweat today and cant wait to see the inches melt away. Hopefully I will need a new waist trainer soon.

Size is exact I weigh 215 lbs and fits great room to move and to tighten up.can wear under a blouse or workout shirt not at all bulky makes my waist look like an hour glass lol be it!

I think it's suppose to be small so your waist cinches in. Overall I love it. When you put it on you can really feel the back support and the way it tucks in your tummy. The other models like this go for $30+ because of the brand. This does the same exact thing. The two layers for you to tighten really is helpful so you can tighten it during the day without having to take it off. I hope no skin damage will be done but the material is soft to touch so I'm not expecting it to.

So I purchased this because I'm 11 days post partum and am trying to start loosing the weight. It's great that you can adjust the waistband. I recommend wearing it as loose as possible after having a baby. It actually caused me to (tmi) bleed more because of the tightness on my uterus. I'm still gong to wear it because it also gives me a lot of back support. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase old body I'm coming for you!

I was plesantly surprised by the amount of cinch this product gave me.
I needed a waist trimmer belt for work, but now I am extremely impressed with mine that I have also included it into my daily life.
When I'm not corset training, I can easily slip this on and cinch myself during my break moments.

It not only gives me the perfect amount of support, but the velcro is strong enough to hold me at insane measurements.

It shipped relatively fast and smooth.
The packaging was perfect--custom to most fashion items that are sent to be via amazon, it came in a standard plastic bag inserted inside a bubble mailer.

I highly suggest you order your own size, but if you are looking for something to cinch you down--order a size smaller.
I will be coming back for get a few more in various sizes to add to my collection--just in case I get too used to this large size and need a size smaller.

Made out of a high quality latex and polyester, it's strong and will last a long time due to the very amazing durability.
