with his on during my workouts and sitting in the sauna for 20-30 minutes, I've been able to shave off 1.5 inches on my bust, 1 inch off my waist, and 1/2 inch off my hips. Great purchase. The size chart says I should've gotten a size 4xl, however, I was able to fit a 2xl just fine, so I would suggest going down a size or 2 depending on you bust (mine is a 43.5 bust, but I was still able to get in the 2xl with a lil work lol)

Unzips easily so make sure you have a good bra on if your not wearing an undershirt, so it won’t cut your boob(happened to me lol) . Besides that it’s great !

I received my item the next day! I tried it on and it was a liiiittle snug, but that’s perfectly fine for me because I anticipate it will fit even better as I lose this weight! I usually wear an XXL and my bust is 40DD, so I got a 4XL. The top piece covered my chest completely and the bottom part fit as I anticipated it would. It wasn’t too too tight and I was able to zip up and velcro the waist without issue. It did the job! I did my workout and was sweating so much! Definitely a new staple in my workout routine.

Fits according to size chart. It does make you sweat more. The zipper is a little difficult to zip. It doesn't get stuck, you just have to pull the two flaps into alignment.

This is my second one since losing weight that I have ordered. Great product and well made. One of the best if not the best and really affordable. I expect to downsize again soon so I will definitely order from this brand again. Definitely recommend
