I bought this vest as a recommendation from a friend. I got a large one so I can be comfortable. I thought this would be better than a belt because it has more coverage and I don't have to try to figure out if the belt goes on the top portion or bottom portion of the stomach (normally a belt doesn't give you full coverage). This vest covers everything and even gets all the back. I love it and I can see some slow results. It makes me sweat the way I want to and does not irritate me like a belt does.I don't have to keep adjusting the belt by pulling on it/ Great investment so far.

I really love this vest! I love how it fits and makes me sweat. Very lightweight and easy to clean and does exactly what it was designed to do. I love how thus vest, not being a waist trainer makes ME do the work as opposed to a waist snatcher doing it for me. Also great price!! I had big results in using this vest and am ready for the progress to come. I get married next year so this along with monitoring my food intake and proper exercise I will exceed my goal weight. I love it!!

I am 5'5 205lbs and I got a large and it fits great. The top is a little snug but the zipper stays up and I expect it to loosen as I loose weight.
