  The Velcro on it is great and secures well. Gives plenty of room to make smaller over time. Would recommend it. Is surprisingly very comfortable to wear.

  Perfect timing in shipping wise and it's perfect when working out. The double strap option is also amazing. You don't have to take off the whole thing around ur waist just adjust. Love it

  I absolutely love it! I read the size chart which was definitely accurate! I just had a baby via C-section a week ago and the hospital gave me a waist trainer but told me I could use my own so I used this one it fits great, holds everything in, & very comfortable ! I would recommend it to anyone trying to get the tummy ins lol

  SIZE DOWN.... just to give you an idea- I wear a 10-12 pants- depending on- stretch, make, etc.-, 30 waist, 40 hips. I wear a 12 dress. THANKFULLY I read LOTS of reviews and I bought the medium- FITS LIKE A DREAM! I probably could have worn a small- I NEVER wear small. The medium is very comfortable. After trying on- I stretched the waist and hips as far as I thought would be comfortable on someone's body and it stretched 7 more inches, so this has STRETCHABILITY, I would say! After wearing- my advice would be this- **If you wear a 16 and over, order a size large: wear a size 12-14- small size 16 , order medium: wear a 10 and under order small. I never in a million years thought I would buy this but I bought 'one of those' cute 1950 floral dresses, inexpensive, and this really adds a lot. I think these are so cool for anyone to buy, and they are not just for costumes!

  THIS WORKS. I changed my eating habits and started working out regularly and had this to go along with it. I was working out and eating healthy for a month, but couldn't lose lower belly fat. This did the trick! I was 115 lbs when I received this and now down to 110lbs. Of course diet and exercise helped but this gave me an hour glass figure and trimmed down my love handles. It is tight at first and then after a week you notice it being lose. This waist trainer is great for losing water weight and also for extra sweating during workouts. I took this thing off and was drenched in sweat, but it was worth it.

  Great !! So worth it messure your wasit before and go with the size your wasit is given by the chart!! I wear mine 5-8 hours a day and see already improvement!! It makes me sweat too so I am also burning at the same time reducing my wasit size. Should get won't regret it.

  I am 5'3 and about 120lbs. I ordered a small, by day 2 I was on the second row. By the beginning of week 2, I could reach the third row BARELY. I've since reached third row (it has been about 3 weeks.) I hate to say it, but don't feel that it has actually made a difference-- I genuinely believe after so much wear the material just stretches.
