  I received my belt in two days. So far I only use it when I work out & it does make me sweat. When I take the belt off I do notice some of my stomach go down. Not a lot but little but little with consistent wear. It's really great when I do abs and cardio. So will you see a change over night? No. But if you continuously wear it & excercise you will see results faster.

  I love it. Looks OK under my dress. Its comfortable and I probably could have went a size smaller. I'm 183 pounds and I am 5 7 I ordered a large and it fit very very great like it hugs in every position that I needed to and I will definitely be ordering the medium because like is that time. this photo was taken on February 5th 2016 and I did have my shaper on under my dress.

  I love this waist trainer, its very comfortable and I CAN BREATH. I can wear it all day and not feel restricted in my movements, I've seen result after the first day of wearing it.

  Love it! I originally ordered an XL without really looking at the size chart. Big mistake on my part. I have another body shaper type thing made of more flexible material so I assumed I needed an XL in this. Really take your measurements before ordering and check out the size chart. I don't expect this to change my boat shape completely permanently but I wanted something to suck and hold my fat in! Lol. Plus I wanted to look smooth. This does the job! I got a 3XL and it fits well. I wanted it snug so I went down a size and this fits as I want it to. Def would recommend and really make sure you are choosing the right size and you take your measurements.

  I just received this body shaper-- I was skeptical at first. Once I tried it on, I really liked it. I don't feel suffocated in it and my back feels straight. I think it's comfortable enough to wear everyday.

  I wanted to start corset training and my first corset was flimsy and disappointing . This is my second and I love it. It fits good, is semi easy to lace, and is very sturdy. I don't have to worry at all about it rolling up. Love love love it!! AND it looks great!

  This shaper is amazing. I have never purchased a steel boned shaper before so I am by no means an expert but the quality seems truly outstanding. The fabric is not flimsy and the steel bones don't bend or cause any discomfort. Also this shaper comes pre-laced which is nice. Since my waisted measured at like 42.7 I had to decide if I wanted to size up to a 5x (which fits natural a waist of 43-44) or size down to a 4x(which fits a natural waist of 40-42). Ultimately I decided to size down which worked out great. That said, the shaper runs true to size so I had to let out all the lacing in order to squeeze it shut. Once I got it clasped I was more than please. I know it sounds vain but I just couldn't stop looking in the mirror. It gives you a beautiful waist, fits nicely under clothes and is well worth the price. Not to mention the company has great customer service. I will for sure be ordering from them again!

  Wonderful product. Not sure how much it trims the waist yet, but it is very comfortable and helps with posture along with making me feel great about myself!
