  Follow the size chart provided. Very accurate. Great product. It covers my entire torso. I am a 16/18 in pants and x large/2x in tops and got a 4x and a 3x. The 4x fits as the size chart said it would but is a little loose in my upper waist area. The 3x doesn’t fit yet but it will. I ordered the zipper style in both sizes but the 3x also has some hooks in addition to the zipper. The 4x only had the zipper as pictured. The hooks on the 3x was a bonus.

  I went with the other reviews and ordered a size down and let me just say wow. It fits nice and tight and I am astounded at the quality of this waist trainer for the price! Very tight, very sturdy feeling, the bones give that great hourglass shape. Wonderful!

  I've been using this product for a month now. It really has melted away inches around my midsection. I workout in it and sit in the sauna with it. Beware of the zipper if you use it in the sauna. It'll burn you. I ordered a 5x because of my bra size 44F. I'm down to 42 bandwidth. I started at a 2X shirt. Now I'm XL. Stats: 5ft 8/280lbs/LB jeans 18/42F Immediate tips: wear a sports bra if you have big boobs. Gives you even more support when jumping or running. Also wear a shirt underneath the vest. I tried not wearing a shirt. Personally I don't like the feel of any neoprene on my skin.

  So glad i checked the sizing charts. That said, I got a size down because I am currently working on slimming down and still wanted to fit into it later after I reach my goals. Fits great even now and does an incredible job of giving me that feminine figure I was looking for. Not really the easiest thing to put on and cinch down by yourself, but thats just how corsets are.

  It was good quality but I got 2 sizes smaller based on reviews and I’m on 3rd row the first day, so really make sure u check what soze you are and go a size smaller than that for results

  I originally bought a large, but after fighting to put it on and feeling really constricted...I decided I would return for a bigger size..I normally wear a small or medium,but I really do not want to feel uncomfortable. So then I got the xxl..and can I say that it is way better it give me an hourglass shape without the uncomfortable feeling and i love it! The seller is super nice and my return was seamless! Ladies you will not regret buying this. Just don't be afraid to size up, you will thank me later. I will add pics later!

  Feels expensive, great quality, thick. Quality feels like a $60-$100 product. Super affordable and very effective. I have worn for days straight and put through the washer dozens of times and the quality is still like the first day I bought it. 10/10 recommend.
