  I received my new waist trainer in two days,I am 6 weeks postpartum and my stomach is not as tight as it used to be.I immediately put the shaper on and loved it,My waist is 32 inches and I ordered a XL.I will continue to recommend this waist trainer.

  Love this, I'm saving up for the more expensive Alter Ego Clothing corset but in the meantime this corset is getting me used to wearing one. For the price you can't beat it. YouTube corset wearing before purchase.

  This is perfect. The fit is perfect because I followed the size chart. So it was true to size. I have been using it for 4 days straight and already see results in my waist. It works just follow the size chart for the correct size. Also. It does rise up when doing sitting exercises, but that’s to be expected. It does fold up which is good it only rises with certain positions. I keep forgetting to take pictures lol

  I'm a size 16 and I purchased a 3x. Its perfect for me, snug fit. It fully covers my torso which has been an issue with other trainers. Im so in love with it I'm getting a spare.

  As a 3rd time user of this brand, I can say I am more than qualified to give a review. I am 194 lbs, 5.4, with a short torso obviously and with some extra tummy fat that’s soft, meaning when I put on fitting high waist jeans, it sucks my stomach in. So this waist trainer works miracles. I bought a Large back in January and it fit perfectly but after 7 months, the steel boning starting popping out from wear and tear of course so I replaced it. I was on the last set of hooks so I felt I could size down to a medium which was a mistake. The reason I moved to the last set of hooks is probably because I wore it daily and the waist trainer stretched but I wasn’t losing weight because I’m addicted to food LBS. If I have to say I saw results then realistically, I probably lost the amount of inches that would allow me to go to the 2nd set and not 3rd. To make a long story short, once you get the right size, this will be a great waist trainer that will last 6-7 months but for $23, you can’t expect more than that. You can work out with it which is what I do to maintain my weight. It’s firm and comfortable to me. If you wear this waist trainer, work out, and eat right, I’m more than positive you will lose inches off the mid-section so buy it and thank me later!

  I am on a new journey in my life and one main important situation is to loose weight and get fit. I read and debated which Sweat Vest I wanted to get and I am VERY impressed with this one. Just 20min of cardio in my room alone to try it out, sweat dripped as I expected it too. I am absolutely happy with this vest. I also love that as I loose inches my XL has room to tighten up when those days come, worth the time and cost, I am one happy camper!

  FAST SHIPPING!!!!! Ordered the grey vest on 7/22/19 and it was delivered fast!!! I received the order in the mail on Wednesday 7/24/19! I'm a 5'2 height /209/ bra size 46DD /Size 1XL-2XL shirts / Size 18 in pants. I wasn't sure of the exact measurements in centimeters or inches, so I took a guess, up-sized and ordered a 4XL based off of the size chart that was provided. It fits perfect!!! I provided pictures so you can see the fit. It smoothly zipped right up over the girls without squishing them flat and it provides great coverage around my mid-section and good coverage in the back and up around my back fat rolls. I worked out and ran/walked my usual 2 miles. With little rolling up and needs for adjustments while walking/running, it produced a good amount of sweat! (it maybe hard to tell in the pictures) which I feel makes the garment work. I will continue to wear this for every workout to help burn water weight in the areas I feel I need. If I need a smaller size from the weight loss, I will definitely order another one in a smaller size and continue wearing when as workout. FYI: ****There is a really strong rubber smell due to the fabric of the garment vest. The smell will not be as strong after some wear and washing. Also note the rubber smell wont completely go away due to the fabric of the garment. (kinda like neoprene fabric) Hand wash and hang to dry to keep the garment in good shape. *****

  I’m very happy with myself purchase and will definitely recommend this to my friends I’m 5ft 2” 152lb and I got a medium and It fit like a glove, flattened my tummy all while remaining seamless. And the thong area doesn’t bother me at all which is a plus!
