  163 lbs. ordered a large. It was too big but I was still able to wear it. I can probably fit a small but I am ordering a medium. It is kinda of stretchy so if I were you I would go down a size especially since it will probably shrink your waist a little.

  Loved this waist trainer, I have spent double for the colombian ones and this one is great for the price however doesnt last as long if ur wearing it often. I buy a new one every 3 mos.

  I didn't believe this would work, but I figured what do I have to loose. I know we read reviews all the time and have a hard time believing them, but this waist trimmer is amazing. I've dropped 5 inches already. I can now wear dresses I could not wear a year ago. I love it so much I ordered another one.

  great quality and all fasteners are sturdy. but remember. if you are a bigger girl buy a size larger, but if your smaller like me it seems the sizes run a little big so buy a size smaller. i know that seems strange. i followed the size chart exactly and took the advice to buy a size larger but for me that didnt work. i need to order a size smaller and then it will be perfect :)

  Honestly was a little hard to get into but these always are and they’re comfortable and makes a different in inches!!! Love it I love this product will re order soon! I would advise if your plus size girl like me size 28 jeans I wear a 2x always order a size or two bigger just to be safe

  Love these! I have bought several and they work perfectly for my abdominal hernia! Long lasting! They do fit smaller though. I wear a size 12 in women's but have to order a 2X in these binders.

  It is very comfortable and it does the job! Iam 5.2 and 117lbs for reference! I ordered medium but it was loose. I just placed my order for for both small and x small to see which one will give me the firmness i am looking.
