  Boy! This body shaper is doing something. It feels like some weird tire like material on the outside and It is soft on the inside, however it can chafe at times because of the edge/cut. The first time I put it one I needed help but by day two I was struggling yet I was able to get it on by myself. I wear it to workout and to bed only. I will not wear out of the house because it is SUPER tight. I noticed the difference after 5 days of wearing it and my co-workers noticed it too ;o). It offers great support and holds in your core while working out. I highly recommend this item.

  I am 5'9 190 pounds. I ordered an XXL and it fits perfect! I am 4 weeks postpartum via c section and it is comfortable all around. The shipping was fast and it is a quality product.

  This waist trainer is great! Although I messed up and got a size large than I should've, it keeps my waist flat and my sides trim after wearing. It has also greatly improved my posture. I'll definitely be buying another in XS so I can actually train my waist. Update: I bought and receive a second one (this time in XS) and of course, I still love it.

  Buy this! I am a 51 year old that had 3 C-sections back in the day so I have that dreaded apron hanging stomach that always shows through my clothes. I don't want a tummy tuck so in reading the reviews I thought I would try this out. I am so glad I did! Love it!!! It sucked my stomach in and gave me a waist. I am 5'3 and weigh 150 lbs. I got the large and it is tight enough w/o being painful. I am a happy lady!!

  I just received this in the mail today. I bought a size smaller so I could have a snug fit. According to the size chart I needed XL. I ordered a large and it's fits exactly the way I want it to. The measurements for this product are true to size. If you go down a size please keep in mind it will be a little harder to get on.
