  Due to bad diet and emotional eating these past few months I'd gained considerable amount of weight and fat around my midsection. So much so I couldn't fit into my favorite latex waist trainer that I've had for years and occasionally used whenever I felt bloated or fat. After searching for a replacement latex cincher, I found Camellias 25 pcs steel bone latex cincher. I wasn't sure how the latex being outside would help as my previous one had the latex inside with a neoprene finish on the outside and was great at making my midsection sweat like crazy, but I couldn't wear it for long periods without an undershirt or I'd develop a bad rash from the latex. I measured myself at 32 inches and vainly decided to try the medium first. It was way too small, but I loved it so much I reordered the large which was tight on the last hooks. This had the latex on the outside and a nylon like finish on the inside which enabled me to wear it for longer periods without getting too sweaty and without getting a rash! I decided to keep both medium and large as they're really well made and they are great at retaining their shape and heat in the latex. It also helps maintain posture because the steel bones will only flex to a point, and yes, they are steel bones as I tried the magnet test. Also, I would strongly suggest measuring yourself and going with the sizing chart. Even though weight and height are similar everyone is shaped differently so measure yourself and go with the manufacturers measuring chart. Recently I gained some more weight without using the cincher and waist size is at 36 now so I came back to order the extra large again. I would definitely recommend the 25 steel bone latex cincher as it is well worth the price!

  Ordered a medium. Fit on the middle notches . Could of gotten a small but I like the way this one fits not too tight and not loose I weigh 140.

  Buy this! I am a 51 year old that had 3 C-sections back in the day so I have that dreaded apron hanging stomach that always shows through my clothes. I don't want a tummy tuck so in reading the reviews I thought I would try this out. I am so glad I did! Love it!!! It sucked my stomach in and gave me a waist. I am 5'3 and weigh 150 lbs. I got the large and it is tight enough w/o being painful. I am a happy lady!!

  It's surprisingly very comfortable. I wore it for almost 12 hours and only removed it because it's a little tall for my petite torso and started rubbing my under arm. It was a challenge to hook it as it is a little small I ordered a large (I'm a size 10-12, 5' 3 156 lbs)... took me quite a while to fasten it but was please how it felt and looked. I forgot I was wearing it most of the day. I sat and there was nothing digging in my sides like the others. Pushes my breast up which is a nice look. I will update this review as I only received it last night and only wore it once. I had considered purchasing an XL but I'll wait and see how this works if it will stretch or how quickly I'll lose some inches. Hope I'll continue to love it. Will keep you updated.

  Ordered large according to chart and could have gotten away with my normal size of medium. I'm 5' 6 - 140 pounds, size 8 pants and medium top. I have slightly long torso and it fits like a glove but is a tad short in the ahem area. I can see a marked improvement in my silhouette but I wanted more of a corset feel so I'll get a medium next time.

  Loved it. Just had a baby and gave me my old shape back. I ordered a medium and small, and decided to keep the medium. It is very tight and kinda hard to put it on and take it off, but so worth it! I am 140 pounds, 5'3

  included pictures of me at 9 months pregnant, 5 days post partum no shapewear 9/19/16, 8 months post partum with no shapewear 5/14/17 (in size 28 forever 21 pants for comparison), and today my first day of waist training on 5/19/17.started today and it's very comfortable. I'm 4'11 and 128lbs but have a tummy from getting all the way up to 167 from my son. It was my first pregnancy and I didn't wear any other shape wear after as many women do so I'm excited to see if waist training really works. I'll post an update soon! The latex didn't smell awful and sizing is pretty spot on. I have a bit of a tummy still so it was alil workout putting on. I think had I gotten a medium it would've been easier to close lol. I had to lie down to make it fit on the third row of clasp, but the tightness of this size small is exactly what I was hoping for! It is really good quality thank you so much! Hopefully with good eating and beginning exercise again I'll see results will post an update 6/19/17!

  I was not expecting a great waist trainer for its price but it is absolutely amazing. Quality is fantastic and feels like it's more expensive than it actually is. I'm 5'8 and 170lbs and the Medium fit perfectly. 100% would recommend
