  Runs approximately TWO sizes smaller that you might normally order. NO STRETCH! Appears to be good quality. Price was good. Does the job. DOES RUN slightly on the short waisted side. You might have trouble fitting this if you are very long waisted. Would definitely purchase one again!

  This product exceeded my expectations. I've only used it twice but I can already tell a difference in my waist. When I first tried it on, I was a bit nervous because I didn't think it would fit. I'm 5'7, 183 pounds, & surprisingly a size medium works for me. I definitely plan to order more in the future.

  I paid for the black latex with 25 steel bones in large and it fits perfectly. I have a 31 inch waist and the trainer is very comfortable. Of course it is tight but it helps maintain a good posture and promotes sweating. The medium did not fit me. Would buy again, great product.

  I liked this a lot. I ordered two different sizes (a small and medium) because I was unsure which size to choose because there were so many mixed reviews on running small or large. I am 5'1 and weigh about 123 lbs. I just had a baby and wanted this to wear under a dress for his baptism. I ended up using the Medium and returning the Small. If you are taller than 5'4 this product would probably be too short. However, I LOVED it because I can never find items short enough for me. It does run a tad small, but that is to be expected because it's made to suck everything in. The trick to getting this on is to bring it up as high as you can go on your thighs and then turn it inside out and bring the thong portion up to your crotch. Get it situated there and then roll it up. Same with getting it off except do the opposite. Take the straps and then start rolling it down off your body. The last part that should come off is the thong portion that touches your crotch area. The girdle will ultimately be inside out when you get it off.

  To got this for the girlfriend. She was in the workout mood since summer is coming. She always complain about her waist/stomach. This belt fit perfect, tight for a small. She usually wear extra small. After having it on for a few mins, she can tell that she'll be sweating the fat or at least a lot of water away. The material was good, and stretchable. We'll see when some comes around if she has the beach body she wanted:)

  I absolutely love this waist trainer! I was worried about the size when I ordered, but I went by the size chart, and it's perfect! I got the XS because I am a bikini competitor and figured I would need it small when I start to lean out for competition. I am currently 120 pounds and 5'6 . After a week of use, I am already on the second row. I should be able to progress to the third row when I start leaning out for competition, but I will use this even during off season. Highly recommend!
