  Shipped fast and recieved on time. I normally wear a M to L shirt so based on the reviews I bought an XXL. I can get it on the last row of clips very easily and on the 2nd with a little effort. It is extremely comfortable and I've been wearing it all day at work. The first time I wore it I had several people ask if I'd lost weight.

  I recently got this waist trainer and I loved it so much, only problem was that I got a size too big, my waist is 41 and I had seen the comments about 3XL being too small and I thought that it would fit me too tight so I ordered 4XL, when I got the waist trainer I realized that it fit me far too big even on the last row. I am now going to return it and purchasing a smaller size. Edit: I ordered a 2XL now and that was perfect for me, I absolutely love it and it is so comfortable too.

  As some of the review suggested I ordered a MUCH bigger size then what I thought I would have to. (Thanks by the way, it wouldn't have come close to fitting otherwise) I wear a large to extra large tee I got ordered this in a 4x. It fits perfectly on the largest settings. I was surprised at how comfortable and well made the product it. Can't wait to see how well it works I'm sure I'll be ordering another one soon. I wish I had ordered this right after I had my baby instead of the postpartum support I paid 3 times as much for.

  I am 5,5. My weight is 158Lb. My waist is 36 inches. First I must say that this waist trainer makes me sit UPRIGHT. It is simply not comfortable to sit sideways, bent, or anything else. My posture improved a lot! I was able to close it on the last row of hooks (the tightest), but I think I need little more time to wear it like that. I do first row for now. It does push your breasts up a little if you wear it to high - just pull it down a little.
