  I purchased a small because I wanted it to really suck me in, however I'm actually a medium. It was tough getting on and off because I preferred to get the smaller size. But once on it was PERFECT. I have purchased $80 waist trainer before that I refuse to wear because it was uncomfortable, but this one was very comfortable. I wore it all day and ate and drank with it on and I didn't feel any discomfort at all. It's very smooth so it's not noticeable under clothing. I actually plan to purchase another because that's how good it is! :)

  This shaper fit perfectly. I am 5'4 and 155lbs. I just had a baby so I was looking for something to help with my little baby pooch. This did wonders. After reading reviews i decided to order a size large and it was perfect!!

  I ordered this as part of a last minute Halloween costume and it actually turned out to be a complete success. It's definitely a quality product and I'm super happy I bought it. I ordered a size larger than I thought I should, And it was a TINY bit too big. But that's probably what made it easier to breathe.

  I'm very happy with this product. It is working as expected. Very easy to apply and remove. At first I ordered a size L (26) and it didn't fit. However I went back and re-ordered an XXL and its a perfect fit. I will keep the L for when the XXL gets too big. Overall these corsets are built very well and are durable. Just do your research on how to wear them and how to maximize your results without setbacks or injuries.

  Great product. Gave me an instant hour glass figure. A little uncomfortable at first use but I'm sure as I wear it, it will break in as any abdominal shaping garment. Also kinda of short for my midsection because i have a long torso. I will definitely recommend it to others especially for the price!!!

  I bought the Xlarge trainer. My stomach is not that big, but shows the rolls when i sit down. I wear large shirts. With this waist trainer, i can wear a medium with no rolls, plus with an hourglass figure. It wasnt hard to put on.. so Im thinking I could have bought a Large. I will get that next. If your stomach sticks out, you probably want to buy one or two sizes bigger. There's 3 rows of latches if you got it too big. Nothing to do but send it back if you got it too small. But I love it especially the price.

  I love this thing! I was nervous that about half the reviews say it fits larger than expected and the other half say it fits a lot smaller than expected. I went with what the size chart suggested and it fits perfectly. It's very good quality as well. I like the added boning because these trainers tend to crease and the added boning helps prevent that. I sleep in mine and it feels very comfortable. I used to wake up in the middle of the night and take my old one off because I couldn't stand to sleep in it. I'd make it thru the night about 50% of the time with my old one. I haven't had that problem with this one so far. Love it!! Great price too and it got to me very quickly.
