First impressions: This is the first waist trainer I have ever purchased. I have a longer torso and I was worried after reading more reviews after I purchased this in a small that it would be too small to start with. Thankfully this size worked out perfectly on the first hooks. It’s more comfortable, and higher quality than I expected. So far, happy about it. If anything changes I’ll update later.

I weigh 180 im 5'1, I ordered a large. 1st day wore it for 4 hours the 2nd day 6 hours at work. Its great for back support. For some reason I didn't feel as hungry and it definitely gives you a hourglass figure. ⏳💙😊

Once you get used to it, this waist trainer is amazing. It’s been about a month, without exercise, and I’ve still moved onto the next row of hooks. The pictures are the immediate effect of wearing the waist trainer, and you can definitely see a difference. I can see more of a difference now that it’s been a few weeks.

I’m 5’1 and weigh 103 lbs got this to hopefully help get rid of the baby pouch I’ve had for so long. I got the XS size and it’s a bit hard to put on but not impossible. I can’t breathe but I know you’ve got to get used to it. Not too bad of a fit would recommend.

Pretty good material, size wise I got a large I’m 5’2 and weight 150. It doesn’t smell like some I got before. It’s also comfortable not suffocating like other. Over I love it.

Me encantó, pedi una talla S con un poco de temor a que no encajaría, llevo mucho tiempo usando una de latex de talla M, pero encajo perfectamente, no esta demasiada apretada solo que marca mucho lo que es la pistolas de las caderas pero es pasable forma muy bien la cintura. Pero lo ame! Estoy fascinada!!

i usually don’t leave reviews but omggg this SNATCHED my waist i have a pretty boxy shaped body and this definitely gave me an hour glass shape. its breathable and comfortable tbh

Just be careful this isn’t a very stretchy material, i’m a medium in shirt but a small in waist but I got XSmall and i’m at the 3rd row hoping to be in the first soon :) Once you get the first hook on it gets easier

I got an Medium size because I’m 5,7 and 170 pounds and it fits perfectly and clings to my nicely I love it so far for my workouts. 100% recommend.

it didn’t take long to break in! but i would personally recommend wearing it for at least 6-7 hours daily. i have been wearing it everyday for about a week & have been seeing results i’m in love!! inexpensive & have been feeling better about my posture. i have on an XL.

Perfect fit! I’m on the loosest clasps and it’s not too tight but not loose. I was going to get an Xs but I’m glad I got the small considering they make them tight lol. Such great quality. I’m 5’7 and 143lbs for reference.

So far so good. I’m 140lbs and 5’6 and got a medium. Fits perfectly

It wasn't too hard to put on. I went according to the size chart and got an xl but I should have gotten a large.

I don’t like how it gaps up top. I guess the the chest area. It feels very durable.

I loved it, it really was looking for this. Somehow you have to try to shape the body, and with exercise, healthy food is often not enough. I love taking care of myself.

I love the quality of the waist trainer! It feels fantastic and it's comfortable to wear for a long period. It holds up very well and doesn't fold or slide down. I would definitely recommend it, just buy it a size up.

I just got it this evening,”three hour’s early!!!... I got a xxs it was a bit of a struggle to put on but it fits my chest and waist good it doesn’t hurt at all.

My review is based on fit and comfort so far as it will take a few weeks to see true changes. I will say the reviews on size were all over the place. I went one size above my true size and it was a bit too small. I was able to exchange it easily for another size (I went one size below what the chart recommends) and it's a perfect fit. It's easier to put on of you lay flat and hook it in the center and then do the rest.I was impressed by how thick this is - almost like a neoprene, the boning in comfortable and stays put. I've worn it often and it doesn't roll which is very important to me. It's sturdy and comfortable. I'm already able to hook the ground second row!

THE BEST waist trainer I’ve purchased to date. I’ve always struggled to find one that really keeps all that pudge in and this one does that and comfortably. I would recommend this to any women trying to shape their bodies.
