I’ve tried plenty of waist trainers like the comments say. But this is the first one where I feel like it supports me without feeling like I can’t breathe. I was able to wear a tight shirt and not see the waist trainer underneath. I must admit at first getting this waist trainer on was a pain in my buttt, and was a complete struggle to even fasten the first hooks. But what I paired with this waist trainer is a detox green tea called uncle lee’s that tea will have you pooping but it definitely was a game changer. Once I drank that tea for two days I was able to fasten this waist trainer on the tightest hooks and I was able to zip it up. But in other words get this waist trainer!!

ladies don’t walk run to buy this!! the first three pictures are before while the last three pictures are after. i’ve had two waist trainers before i bought this one and neither of those compare to the back support and tummy control i noticed when i put this one on. my stomach and sides were instantly slimmed and it even pushed the girls up a bit ;). underneath shirts that aren’t skin tight the product is not noticeable and it will give you a nice hourglass shape. i am about 170 and 5’2 with a 36 waist (before) for reference.

What I love about it is that I can wear it with anything!. I’m 5”5 215 pounds I got a 2x but the xl was too small for me. I Used to have my stomach pop up this one really helps me. It’s comfortable. I even put it underneath my work clothes.

Waist trainers are not for everyone but it was definitely for me I was very shocked at the results being a mom who has tried everything the past three years to try and get my stomach down I was very satisfied with how quickly I started seeing results but if you do wanna see quick results you will have to work out drink water and work on yourself but I absolutely loved how comfortable it was in all my clothes and it does support my back very well ❤️

This waist snatcher is awesome and it has a grainy exterior that prevents your shirt from rising! Gives me the perfect shape without pushing up the back fat!

Ok I had actually started the process to return this because there was NO way this was gonna fit my fat ass. But after about 10 minutes of figuring out how I was going to fit it, I got it! I thought I’d need a XXL but I’m kinda glad I got a XL. It’s comfortable-ish I don’t know what to expect as this is my first time waist training. But I’m already happy with it and hope it can help me reach my goals.

When I tried it was kinda hard to buckle and zip but after wearing it for 10+ hours I took it off to shower and when I wore it again I didn’t haven no problem zipping it back up!!! I’m in love definitely sucks in my belly fat and postures!! Definitely gonna go down a size to xs

This is probably the best one I’ve purchased. I’m a size XL in most clothing store. Definitely measure yourself before purchasing. I bought an XL thinking it would fit and it does as you see but it took myself and my partner about 10 minutes! After a lot of sucking in and sore arms it feels absolutely amazing ! Definitely measure myself first and then order ! So you get an idea— my waist is (after measuring just now) 35 in. It’s not hard to breathe. I can sit down without looking like I’m struggling. It’s super comfortable. It’s very sturdy and feels thick and of good material. Will 100% be recommending when someone asks me. 11/10.

My cousin told me about this waist trainer and I’m glad she did. I’m 5’2 and weight about 220-225. I ordered the 3x after talking to her and reading reviews that it runs small. I usually wear a 1x or 2x depending on what it is. Although it’s sung it’s not uncomfortable and I can breath. Haven’t worn it for a long period of time yet so hopefully it won’t start to feel uncomfortable but we shall see. Definitely recommend this if you want your belly area snatched.

At first I did not think it would fit and I had to lay down and suck in my tummy but as soon as I got half way through the hooks, the rest was easy. The zipper was kind of hard at first and kept slipping but once I got a good grip it all went in place smoothly! I feel all tucked into place and it helps my posture! As a thicker girl, it was hard for me to find a good waist trainer but this one works well.

Fits good and looks nice under clothes, I’m a size medium and got a medium in it but it didn’t fit me like how I would like. It was a little loose even on the third buckle. But I’ll be purchasing a small size and I know it’ll fit Perfect☺️

 I have issues with my posture and this type of waist trainers are the only ones that help.I’m 5’2 and 125lbs. I got a medium and it’s good I put it on the middle hooks.

I have the 3X on the very last hook. I’m a 5’9” and 256. It’s as tight as it gets and feels Super Duper comfy sitting down, stretching, moving around. I just ordered the 2X to compare. I will post once it arrives. I would recommend it. I can wear this ALL Day!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this shaper… I received so many compliments about my curves. I took a chance and purchased a small = PERFECT FIT. I’m 5’7 and 171 lbs. Quality material and it doesn’t roll up. I look forward to purchasing xs soon.

Need to get size down it's worth it I wear it everyday, I'm a size M on everything I got S the price it good quality and worth it .

I’m 5’2 140 pds. The size S felt just right but I wanted the trainer to clinch the middle of my waist. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week , I don’t plan on working out in this but I plan on wearing it to work and at home to make my waist appear smaller, hence why I got the XS . I love the zipper!

I've bought a couple of these in the past both for myself and others that had like mines when I showed it to them....so I've moved down to a medium now and I must say that they've upgraded these waist trainers, they added and extra layer of material where you would connect the hooks together and that is a win win for me because I'd usually have problems getting pinched by the zipper when putting on and removing the waist trainer but not any more baby! I've also noticed that the zipper was also a little bigger and provided a much better grip.
