Perfect! It fits well but is breathable. The stretchy fabric makes it easy to move in and comfortable. It feel like really good construction and has good weight to it.
only con/pro? if you feel claustrophobic or anything it takes a second to take off, some things with clips like this you can spring off several hooks at once, this one does not-but thats kinda a pro because it means while putting it on it doesn't unhook easily.

I am 143 pounds and I'm 5'4 I'm extremely active I work out twice a day. I ordered a small cause I'm mostly a small on everything . I absolutely love it but I only use it to work out. I reach all the way to the last grip of the waist trainer so my waist is very small . I do recommend this waist trainer it's true to size but it all depends of the figure of your body . I've always been small on my waist. If you weight lift I mostly recommend it to you because it helps you have a better posture and it can be replaced as a belt . It's amazing

I probably should've ordered a size XS because I put mine on and it was already able to be on the 2nd row of clasps (: but that's okay. Great quality, thick like a wet suit. 3 rows of clasps are strong and spaced apart nicely and not too close. The color purple is super pretty. I'm impressed for sure!

Got this thing after seeing a video about waist training. I was very interested in trying it. So, i decided on this particular one beciase it looked so nice in the pics and there were so many color choices. I ended up going with the same color as the one pictured. I lime it so much thougb, that when I get the next size down I may get a different color. The material is very soft. I seriously cannot believe just how comfortable it is. Wven though it is firmly holding everything in it is still comfortable somehow. This teainer has three different sets of eye hoops and hook. This was definitely worth what I paid and then some.

I just got this in the mail and it came pretty quickly so I really like that . Seriously I opened the package and put it on I'm really excited about this ! The quality is the same as $50 $60 ones I have found other places. And it feels very comfortable. The whole reason I got this is because I have scoliosis so I need something to help keep my back straight when I'm working out or just working. It is very stiff and keeps me standing straight so it's perfect for me. I guess if your looking for something a little more flexible this might not be for you. I'm 5'4 and about 155lbs and I got a medium and I'm on the first set of hooks. It's not breath taking tight but it's definitely snug so I know it won't start slipping down or pop hooks . Honestly this feels grate Iv had it on all day just to test it out and I will forget I have it on Untill I go to sit down or something. Great product really excited to take this to the gym. With my job I know if it will hold up at work it will hold up at the gym. Honestly might buy another just to have a second on hand since I think I will be using this a lot !!!

I have ordered 4 different corsets and I can tell you by far this is the one with the best quality! The hooks are more sturdy than the other ones. Material is like of a wetsuit which is what you should look for in corsets like these, the other corsets I got were more Cotten/spandex material like. This corset does not stretch which is a pro. It's a bit thicker,
But keeps your body in place, helps posture and doesn't give you rolls when you sit down, not that noticeable under clothing ethier. The other corsets I ordered before this one ran larger size. I ordered an XS on this one, I was able to squeeze but it's tight! I'm 5'3 120-130lbs

I was so worried that it would be too small, tight or uncomfortable. It's neither......fits perfectly!
I'm 5'5, 145 and I ordered the medium. I used the first row of clamps and will adjust if I lose weight eventually. I'm telling all of my friends about it! You can't beat the price for the great quality! The material is not cheap at all! I'm going to order a different color soon.

This waist trainer is absolutely wonderful. It is well built and solid with high quality material. The stitching is top notch with no loose ends. The material has multiple hook positions to fine tune the adjustment. The sizing chart is accurate. It makes a great shapewear for cosplay and for any photoshoot. It is very comfortable to wear and the color is very bright (not dull or pastel). I would highly recommend this product over any other Waist Trainers in the market.

Quick facts: I'm 5'4 ,147 pounds, usually wear a size 7 jeans or a small/medium, I ordered a size small

The shipping time was amazing. I got an email saying it was on its way on Monday, today is Wednesday and its here! There's a slight smell upon opening the package but I assume it's from the product being made of latex. The smell went away within a few minutes of taking it out of the packaging. I had my fiancé help me put it on. We started from the bottom and worked up as that seemed to be easiest. He did all the hooks for me but, after the first few I'm confident I'd be able to manage alone. It's not uncomfortable at all once you have it on for 10-15 minutes. I was and to eat some pizza, lounge around the house, and care for my 6 month old daughter with no difficulties.
I will mention that this is pretty long. It starts from LITERALLY right under my boobs and goes down onto my hips slightly. This is a good trainer for people with longer torsos for sure and if you're torso isn't long it's still good. I feel this is a great waist trainer for a variety of body types and the price makes it a thousand times better. I will continue to update until I've had this for about a month.

Comfortable enough but yet still holds everything tight

I absolutely LOVE it!!! I have one by Anne Cherry and I was obsessed with that one! But I wanted a smaller size, I just had a baby and I have already lost quite a bit of weight and the small one I have was getting loose already..I purchased the size in XS, I was a little hesitant because the reviews said they run really small, but I went ahead a took the risk anyways! So glad I did! And I Love that this waist trainer has 3 rows instead of 2 my Ann chery only had 2.. And the price was Dope too!! I paid 30$ for my other one!! So all in all great purchase and seller!!

Got the Medium and it's perfect! The material is super durable and thick it's a wetsuit type material, it is so great when I need a Small I will be ordering from this seller again!!!
