IT REALLY DOES WORK I LOST 2 INCHES IN ONE MONTH JUST BY WORKING OUT IN THIS SUIT

I went up in a size and was still a little small length wise but other than that I really like it a lot and makes me sweet like crazy.

I am literally laid out on the gym floor right now!

Normally I do 30 minutes on the treadmill to jumpstart my workouts (I normally don’t sweat during this time).........well........I was on the treadmill for FOURTEEN minutes!!! Yes 14 minutes and I’m sweating like CRAZY lol needless to say I am done for today lmao, but I think this vest will really work!!! Anything that will take these love handles away is a miracle sent DIRECTLY by God #FingersCrossed

As far as the fit......I want to say this is a medium.....it fit kind of small I guess you can say, but I wouldn’t have ordered any larger! It’s perfect for me!

The goal was to sweat more while working out and that was definitely achieved! I would suggest wearing a t-shirt under it for the first few times because it irritated the armpit/side breast area. It stayed in place during the entire 90 minute workout. I'm excited and hopeful for good results in the next 3 months.

Order 2 sizes larger than you normally wear. Size is for chest, waist is adjustable. Comfy. Only complaint, the vest is short and doesn't cover the fupa. So you need an extra sweat band for that. The vest needs to be an inch or 2 longer. But excellent quality.

I kept it on all day at work and the sweat was CRAZY! I gave my 2nd one away now I have to order another so I can rotate to wash it! ❤❤

I’m gonna go out on the limb and give it 5 stars because I love it soo much. Definitely ORDER 2-3 SIZES LARGER THAN YOUR REGULAR SHIRT SIZE. I wear a 2x and ordered a 2x and can just barely by the grace of god can fit it LOL. It’s not uncomfortable or anything I just can barely fit into the thing
