The fit is perfect and is very comfortable, I’m 225 and got the XXL and it fits wonderful. Have not used it yet so I don’t have a performance review at the moment. But I’m happy so far.

 I brought this in a size 5x even though I wear a xlarge-1x I read the review it said they run small which it does in the boob area I wear a 44DD so it is difficult to zip up, someone has to help me each time cuz my boobs are huge other than that everything is perfect it does the job, it’s great quality for a really good price I loveeeeee it

I measured myself and looked at the size chart and decided to go up one! And I’m glad I did. Fits perfect! I wear this when I go walking and it burns. I swear a lot with this and I just love it!

I am 5’3 170lbs and my bra size is 36D. I ordered a medium and it fits perfect.

This waist training vest is the absolute best!!! I am 5'10 and at 172 lbs. I ordered an extra large. My normal size is a large. A XXL would have been too big and would not have serve the purpose. It is designed to be worn close to the body. I wore the vest when I was out walking and when I returned home, my shirt was soaked to the end. It is best to wear a t-shirt under the vest for comfort sake and to wick off the sweat. I am very pleased and saw some results from it. This is the very first produce of this kind that I can say it actually works.
