  I went by the size the first time and it said I was an extra large. I didn't think so but everyone was saying it fit as expected. It defiantly does not fit as expected, it was huge, I could have fit my hole two arms in it (on the tightest hooks). I returned it and got a medium and now that fit perfect. I am a medium in shirts so go by your shirt size and it should be fine. Other than that its great and I love it.

  I spent a lot of time looking at different waist trainers so I want to write my 100% honest review of this product since it was the winner. Definitely runs small. I usually wear a size small or extra but I decided to size up and I'm so glad I did! Had to go hook by hook but it went up and feels perfect, nice and tight but there's still 2 more rows to shrink down to. I'm 5'3 and I weigh 138 so it comes up a little high on me but that's great because I wanted it for back support during work. It does a great job, everything feels tight and supported and my back does not hurt at all, and I was standing significantly straighter. Today was my first day wearing it so I went in for my 8 hour shift all buckled in. Do wear a belt with it because the material is a little slippery and means you'll be hiking your pants up all day if you wear jeans. It also is fairly undetectable with a normal shirt over it, I wore a usual outfit and did not feel like it was visible at any point. It's also super sexy, although that wasn't why I wanted it. I'll update the review in a couple of weeks if I see noticeable differences in my waist line, I took my measurements yesterday but didn't take them with the corset on. It feels like at least 2 inches less than normal. Highly recommend! I've already told a bunch of people about how much I love it!! And excuse my messy room in the pictures.

  OK- I know there are a lot of reviews about this corset and I was really hesitant to purchase this because of the mixed reviews. I will attempt to give more information. I bought this because I wanted something to support my back and tuck in my love handles for some dresses I wanted to wear. I wanted something that didn't show too much under my clothing as well. I am 5'6 and weigh 225lbs and got the 4X. I am thick. After reading the reviews I went with a 4x and I have to wear this on the biggest clips but I think it fits me perfectly! I love the material on the outside, it's sort of like wetsuit material but not sticky. It makes everything nice and smooth. The inside material is really soft and comfy and I don't think it will be too hot. The bottom comes right down to the top of my underwear and right below my bra line which is perfect. Getting it on is a pain in the BUTT but I think that is pretty normal for all shapewear. Here is a hint for quickly putting it on. Start with the bottom latch and then work your way up one at a time. I usually pull it up to right under my ribcage to latch them and pull it down as I get higher up. works like a charm. Ok the first picture is a picture before I have the corset on and then with it on my tummy. then I have the corset on so you can see what it looks like under clothes as well as a pic of just me in the corset. It hides really nicely in the front but you can see the top of it under my dress in the back. It's not that big of a deal though and the dress is really tight so I doubt it would show on something loose. I hope this helps but feel free to message me if you have any other questions.

  So glad I found this! I'm only 5'4 110lbs and finding a waist trainer small enough was pretty hard. I took a chance and bought the xxs I believe and I'm so happy I did. It's easy enough to get on yourself and still mostly function as normal. I've seen reviews from gals saying they wore it to work etc and that won't be happening since it does restrict movement a bit. But wearing around the house on days off is great. Good quality too.

  This is the best waist trainer I've used. You can feel it strangling your waist into the shape you want. It does start to hurt my rib cage if I wear it for too long, but in all its a great, sturdy product. 10/10 would buy again.

  I am 5'4 117lbs..i wear size 3 pants..I had 2 babies and bought the latex version size Small of this waist trainer. I had some muscle separation in my stomach from the pregnancies...this seams to be helping a lot. Its perfect size and tightness...could see my shape changing after 2 days already. Bought my self another xsmall for further training and bought my mom one! Great price good quality!

  I love it! The shipping came in two days as promise it look just like the picture I wear a size 14 so I order an 3xl and it fits perfect it is tight but that the way it suppose to be and for the price you can beat it
