  I have been looking for a waist trainer like this forever. I bought it at a size large because I didn't want it to be too big. It is perfect and I have a waist size of 18. It is supposed to fit tight, and it does just that. There are other velcro fasteners that allow for extra support around the base. I did have to lay on the bed to strap it around me correctly but while wearing it, I did not feel uncomfortable at all. It has become a daily staple to help me get my hourglass shape back. I recommend to all ladies out there who are postpartum and need to reshape your figure. I wear it to work and keep it on the entire shift. I love the way it looks on me when looking in the mirror.   I ordered a 2X since I measured a 41in waist before I ordered. Im glad I didnt go any smaller because I would not have been able to fit it. I do like not having all the hooks like the usual waist trainers. This was a struggle the first day, but I was able to get it on with minimal struggle a couple days later. The shaper is as comfortable as to be expected, no poking or anything like that. I notice that my posture is better immediately, and I would be able to wear it under clothes pretty comfortably. I would recommend this trainer for the zipper feature alone!

  I love wearing the waist training belt to the gym under my workout clothes. It causes me to sweat more and I noticed that after I wear it my stomach is a lot flatter. When I take it off, my stomach is dripping with sweat. This waist trainer has supportive boning and gives me a lot of support for my lower back. I believe it helps me from lifting and turning the wrong way when working out. It is easy to put on and has a Velcro closure and you can put it on as loose or as tight as you want it.
