  I purchased this to help support my lower back. I do a lot of stained glass projects and I spend a lot of time bending over my cutting table. I have worn it everyday. It has been a great help.

  I was plesantly surprised by the amount of cinch this product gave me. I needed a waist trimmer belt for work, but now I am extremely impressed with mine that I have also included it into my daily life. When I'm not corset training, I can easily slip this on and cinch myself during my break moments. It not only gives me the perfect amount of support, but the velcro is strong enough to hold me at insane measurements. It shipped relatively fast and smooth. The packaging was perfect--custom to most fashion items that are sent to be via amazon, it came in a standard plastic bag inserted inside a bubble mailer. I highly suggest you order your own size, but if you are looking for something to cinch you down--order a size smaller. I will be coming back for get a few more in various sizes to add to my collection--just in case I get too used to this large size and need a size smaller. Made out of a high quality latex and polyester, it's strong and will last a long time due to the very amazing durability.   I absolutely LOVE this waist trainer. It is better to go by the Yanna's size chart FYI. I am 5'2 & 132.8 lbs so I ordered a medium. I love the way this fits and I run & work out in it too. Also gives me cleavage which is a bonus :). So obsessed will be ordering another soon.

  I've been debating getting a waist trainer for a long time. I'm glad I finally broke down and purchased this one! Ladies, I have a desk job where I sit down for most of the day and I've started to have back pain. This trainer not only sucks everything in so my clothes that I used to fit into look better, but I also sit up straighter! It is also well made and I can tell will last a long time. I have yet to exercise while wearing it, but I plan on doing that tomorrow. I have definitely sweated in it though and it feels great to do so! I already feel smaller and its only been a few days of wear. I have been putting it on the smallest size it can go. My waist is in the 5x range but after reading reviews I bought a 4x. I feel like I should have bought a 3x! but it fits fine! Some days its more uncomfortable than others but honestly this is the best birthday present I've bought myself! if you are debating this purchase, do it!

  The size chart that was provided, prescribed a product size in conjunction with a tape measure of the waiste that was well off the mark. But the quality of the product was so impressive that we purchased a larger size and will keep the smaller size in hopes that it will be used in the future.

  The shaper was great. It's tight which got the job done. I purchased a 3xl even though I only wear a 14 in women's. I needed help getting it on and off but it was worth it.
