  Really liked it but this worked so well I quickly became too small for it. I usually wear a medium and I got a large. Advise other shoppers to get their shirt size!

  It really sucks everything in and forces you to have good posture. I use this when working out and it has definitely made a difference. I often forget to keep my stomach muscles tight when working out but with this wasn't trainer on I'm constantly thing about my muscles. I got a medium and it fits great. I have to make sure that I don't pull the two outer straps too tight or it is very uncomfortable. If you go my the sizing chart you should have an issue with selecting the correct size.

  Colors are true, comfortable to wear, and I have machine washed mine several times and they are still like new. I have invested in several because I like them so much. Also very cute. Perfect for those vintagw swing skirts.

  Great Petticoat...this is my 3rd purchase of the same. I ordered a small and have plenty of room with my 29 waist & 38 hips. Nicely lined so that it does not itch and plenty of fullness to make my rockabilly dresses and skirts look poofy and full! Highly recommend this slip...it's as nice, if not better than more expensive ones I own so is an awesome deal at this price!

  I wear between a L and XL in shirts and wasn't sure about the sizing so I went along with the size chart and got a 4XL for me and a 5XL for another family member but the 5X came in 2-3 days which both fit just right being able to close on the last row of hooks but the 4X took weeks and I was unhappy about that but the customer service was great and sent me a free trainer in a smaller size to make up for taking so long! I got a 2X and am able to fit that on the first row, which it's supposed to fit tight so that's my correct size. Overall , I love it and the quality! I sleep in the 4X and wear it out in public and the 2X I use to exercise in for extreme results!

  The YIANNA Women's Latex Sport Girdle Waist Training Corset Waist Shaper is great. It does seem to run a little small. For looses setting my suggestion is to size up. So far it doesn't turn up at the bottom. It is nice and long unlike most products like this. It is thick so with most cotton shirts or dresses it shows that something is underneath your clothing. I'm highly satisfied and for the price and quality it'll be difficult to find somewhere else.

  My recommendation on buying this waist shaper is, first make sure to measure your waist. This is done by measuring from your belly button all the way around. It is best to go one size larger of your dress size. The best thing about this waist shaper is that it slims me instantly, allowing me to have a more shapely figure. I feel I have more back support and better posture when I wear it. I also notice that my core is working more; both my back and abdomen are targeted. Love that it gives me that hourglass shape. Not only does it make my waist look smaller but it also enhanced my bust which I love. Make sure when putting it on, the tag is on top. You start by wrapping the corset around your midsection. When securing the hooks always start from the bottom and work your way up. Having worn this for some time, I have noticed that my abdomen has reduced and my back pain has disappeared. It has made all my clothes look much nicer, the only drawback is that it's too hot to wear during summer.   It doesn't pinch on the sides it's long enough for my torso. And I am 5'6 160 in the large fits comfortably.
