surprisingly comfortable and works as great back support

So all the reviews say that it runs tiny, well I bought the small expecting it to be very snug and it was not, therefore will be buying the x-small. I love it though, it is comfortable and non itchy. Just keep in mind it does not run as small as everyone has been posting. Even following their guide it says I should have been a small because I have a 25 inch waist (unless I've measured it wrong). I should probably add in here that I'm really short (5 1) and I did not feel it was too long at all. It really supports my lower back and makes it feel great while I'm cooking dinners.

I like it but it seems I choose a size to small to start with.... I do recommend this pruduct, does not role up your belly...

So I ordered a medium and a small. The material... ITS AMAZING! Really comfortable and great length for torso. I'm 5'2 and weigh 160. I'm currently on the process of loosing weight and when I saw the medium I was scared because it looked too small. Once I put it on it fit a little tight but still comfortable to wear. I ordered the small for the long run, hoping one day I'll fit into it. Honestly this product is just... Ahh no words can describe the comfort, and style. The colors are really vibrant and pretty. If your looking for a good waist trainer, this is the one to buy!

Exactly what I was looking for! To get the best fit use their size chart. Do not go by your dress or pants size or you will be way off! I'm 5'2 and weight 150lbs. Waist size is 32 so I bought a XL. Fits perfectly!

So good for the price and I have some very expensive waist trainers and fajas. People who said it bunched up maybe ordered the wrong size?
