I originally ordered this style in a size small but it was too big, I had it tightened to the very last notch and it was barely tight enough! I went ahead and ordered an x-small (still on the last notch but definitely tighter than the other), also very comfortable to workout in. This WT is perfect for those who have a shorter torso like myself! I’m 5”3” 142 lbs.

 Great quality. It will show through tight clothing though. The wires began to tear through the fabric, but I lost weight so I’m about to order a medium instead of a large. I weigh 163 pounds and I’m 5’4. In these pictures I weigh 180-190 pounds.

It definitely helped shed inches around my waist. However, it is a bit long for my torso. I am 5’7 and when i work out it can be a little uncomfortable because of it pushing up on my chest. Other than that it does work!

This is great! Wearing it 8 hours a day has really helped flatten my stomach and gives an immediate confidence boost!! 2 reduction just by wearing it! Kinda hard to hide under clothing, but with layers or patterns, it can definitely be done!

This is my second one from this company and I love these waist trainers. Over the summer I bought a medium never having worn one before. Let me say this .... I dove into this thing with a open and positive mind if it worked then great we can go from there. When I first got it I was a 29 waist and now have shrunk down to a 25 When I first tried it on it took me 10 min of laying down and sucking in to get it hooked. I slowly eased into how long I wore it by the end of the week I was able to wear it all day then it just became easier and easier. I also used a hot cellulite Muscle cream to help shrink it more. By the end of the summer around August it was to big for me and had to downsize to a small. I have already worked my way to the last row in the small and ready for xs . Iam able to wear mine for 11 to 12 hrs everyday. If u are patient open minded and consistent I say give it a try. I have added before photos and my current photo of what these amazing waist trainers can do if u can be patient and determined.

Entirely extremely too small for my waiste I probably should’ve ordered a medium or just a small instead cause I ordered a extra small and the reason I chose a extra small because I was afraid it was gonna be too big but ladies please before you order your waiste trainer take this from me as a life lesson cause you will be upset... make sure you measure your waiste before you Order your size because all that second guessing could turn out to be wrong... the key is too ”measure” but I’ve kinda been trying my best to work with it the best way I can and I only could wear for 2 hours even though it suppose to be 8 hours for more results but I just couldn’t cause I was so uncomfortable cause it was too tight on me but I been making it work a little so far will be ordering me another raise really soon and I don’t blame the company I blame myself cause I should’ve measured so no I’m not going to low rate them.

Worth my money, it has good quality and packaging is also good. Nice thing about this product is that it also cover my bellybutton (where most of my fat come out especially when i sit). BTW, i choose size M and my waistline is 29 inch

 I am 5 feet 7 1/2 inches I weigh 210 pounds And my waist size is 33 1/2 inches I decided to go with the large and it was a little difficult getting the corset on but the trick I learned is to get the first hook lay down on your back and then hook the rest so far so good I’m excited to see my progress with this waist trainer as this is my first one. this will be interesting.

I like how it doesn’t fold/bend at all when you sit. It was REALLY hard to put on but worth the effort. And I’m in LOVE with the pink!!!

Originally ordered a tank top combination trainer from another vendor, it was too large even though I went with my own measurements. Returned it and found this gem ❤️ Reviews advised to buy 2 sizes smaller because the goal is to shrink and keep shrinking the waist. I’m 5’6, 215 lbs, and my mid section is a pain because if kind of hangs thanks to my kiddos. Originally ordered a 2XL from other vendor, purchased a Large in this trainer. I usually wear size L to XL in shirt. I AM LOVING THIS. I had to do my Vick’s vapor wrap because I was unable to get this on when I first opened it, wore my wrap overnight and was able to get this baby on first thing this morning. It’s soooo complimenting AND THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT

i got a small, i’m 5’0 and weight roughly 130. it fit me just perfectly, and i love the sleekness of it!

My first ever waist trainer.
First time I put it on, I put it on upside down like a newbie, but after I put it on correctly, it fit like a glove. Not too uncomfortable, but it IS a waist trainer so you’re not going to be sitting on clouds.

Warning: your nails will die putting this thing on. So be prepared.

I went with the other reviews and ordered a size down and let me just say wow. It fits nice and tight and I am astounded at the quality of this waist trainer for the price! Very tight, very sturdy feeling, the bones give that great hourglass shape. Wonderful!

Material is sturdy . This is my first time waist training but I can tell you it does NOT feel cheap. I got mine for $9 and i can already feel it was a good purchase. I don’t know my exact measurements but i did a LOT of research and I got an x-small. Fits perfect, rule of thumb is once you receive it you need to start on the first row of clips, if your whole hand still fits in the trainer it’s too big for you. Only one finger should fit in your trainer for it to really work. Wear only a couple hours first day, then gradually add 2 hours until you can comfortably wear it for the max of 8-10 hours. Although I wouldn’t do more than 8 so that your trainer can keep its shape and your stomach skin can breathe. Got all this from my research. Hope this helps !

Im 5’8 and i weigh 210 lbs and it fits perfect
