  These are great but due to packaging, you'll need to hang up for a few days to get the wrinkles out, otherwise the dress sits awkwardly on them.

  I bought this product to help train my waist, with prior knowledge to other waist cinchers. The sizes of course run in women (I am a male.) An figured to go twice my normal size, and got a perfect fit in the first order! Once you secure yourself in, you notice it is very restraining to the effect of holding everything in place, but the material makes it easy to breath. I also noticed right away it helped my posture via my back. I would definitely recommend this product

  I am like in love with this waist trainer. It did take two attempts to put it on because I ordered a size smaller than I should have, but I have been wearing it for 8 hours and I am able to breathe okay and eat without wanting to throw up. It's the right type of tight. I look instantly slimmer because my posture is great and I am getting that hour glass I needed for my dress.

  I absolutely love this. it fits a little tight but is stretchy and molds to your body perfectly. you can see a huge difference. I weigh 140 and am 5'2 and bought a size medium. I will most likely have to order a small soon so that it fits a little tighter.

  I ordered this waist trainer on a whim because I'm trying to get rid of my love handles and contain my tummy area while I work out and what not, and let me just tell you I am in love with this waist trainer! I am 5'1 175 pounds and I ordered a xxxl and I could've gotten away with ordering a xxl or even an xl because I already have an hour glass shape so the top was a little lose on the first row but fit perfect on the second row! You will not be disappointed if you order this product it does not roll up on the sides or when you bend over. it helps with posture. It also fit my torso perfectly I was worried it wouldn't be long enough but it defiantly is the right lenght for me. within just a week of having it I can tell a difference in my hips and tummy! I love this waist trainer!!! It's hard to put on by yourself at first but once you do it one time it gets easier. It has some stretch but not to much, which I like personally. But I defiantly would recommend this to anyone looking for a low cost good quality waist trainer!

  I love this waist trainer! After having four kids I wanted something to help get my stomach a little closer to what it used to be.The material feels nice and thick not cheap and flimsy like some of the other trainers I've tried. This trainer really holds me in and I love that I can change the size of the waist without having to spend extra money for a new one. A lot of the other waist trainers only had to rows to tighten the waist this one has three. I wore the trainer on a hike and I felt like it actually helped my back because it keeps my posture straight. I'm 5'9 weigh 118 pounds and my waist is 27 I ordered the size small.

  I am more than happy with this waist trainer. Given, I've never owned another one, but nonetheless it works great for me. I am able to put it on and cinch it up myself fairly easily (just a little practice), it is VERY well made, looks great on, and the steel boning REALLY holds everything in place and gives me the shape I wanted after several pregnancies and just getting pretty flabby. I had been using Spanx and similar spandexy products, and they just weren't doing the job. This thing has made it possible for me to wear fitted clothing that would have been unflattering without it. Highly recommend!

  Constructed very well, quite durable. Fits great, as expected. Surprisingly comfortable, more comfortable than all of my other corsets. Easy to tighten and tie by yourself. It will set off metal detectors and metal detector wands. I'm very pleased and will be purchasing more from this company.

  This waist trainer is amazing! I measured myself with a vinyl tape measure and the waist trainer (extended all the way) fit exactly to my size. I love it! Really does the job. I also don't feel that it's uncomfortable in any way. Very good quality.

  I love it fits perfect and great quality for a low price. I was gonna buy the original belt for $70.00 but this one is just as good. It fits well and very comfortable.
