  This waist trainer for the price is it is soooo worth it... I have bought waist trainers over the years and this is one of high quality for little money. Mine was a bit to big so I am exchanging it for a smaller one.. and looking to buy to a few more!

  I LOVE this waist trainer. This is my first waist trainer EVER and I don't know what took me so long to get one. I saw this one and took a chance and I don't regret it one bit! I measured my waist before it even arrived and it was 35 inches. I'm 5'3 130 pounds. So it arrived on February 20th and by the 25th my waist was a solid 33 inches. I recommend a medium for my size but I wanted to be safe so I bought the large. Today is February 29th and the large is way too big now so I ordered another in the medium size and I'm giving this one to my cousin. My mother's friend was so impressed that she ordered one, too! This product truly works and I absolutely swear by it. I haven't worked out in 2 weeks and have actually continued to eat bad foods and my waist continues to get smaller. I'm sure its gone down to 32.5 inches by now. The product came quickly and I was excited to get it. I wear it at all times unless I'm showering or wearing tight clothes but I can still get away with wearing a jacket at this time of year even though its clearly spring out here in California. My technique is to suck in my tummy and then pull as hard as I can to get the Velcro nice and tight and leave it like that. My Velcro isn't even catching anymore because I've shrunken since I received it but my new one will be here promptly tomorrow so for a waist of at least 35 inches, I recommend you get a medium. I was winging it figuring out what size to get myself but no love lost. This product does EXACTLY what its supposed to and I have been recommending it to everyone I know.

  Perfect! Fits tight a little uncomfortable to sleep in but yet I have a busy life and wearing it all day under clothes won't work, it is to big to wear out in public.... Best waist trainer I could've invested in and it's cute in the pink color and came in a clear package but looks exactly as shown in the Amazon pic

  I haven't had it long enough to say if it works for weight lost or waist training but it works wonders for my posture and my back. I am a 38JJ and this belt helps alleviate my back pain.
