  It fits me perfect. I am already 2 inches down on my wait size and I've been wearing it for 6 days about 4 hours a day. I got a 3 XL and I am 5.8 ft 180 lbs and it fit great.

  It fits a small! I wear it to bed, because it is too thick to hide under my shirts. I could hide it by wearing a medium shirt or large but I don't want to. It has significantly made a difference. If I go on a date and want my abs poking out I'll wear it to bed without tightening the straps, and it works!! I'm glade I went with this one as my first! It is so comfortable to!

  Waist trainer belt is comfortable to wear and has great back support. I probably should have purchased a size larger however I was able to pull it tighter and can see the cinched waist. I highly recommend.

  I love this product its perfect for working out in the gym it holds that mid-section but it also allows you to bend and be flexible for things like stretching and cardio workouts I would highly recommend this product I've been using it for almost two weeks and theres already a change in my midsection but that goes along with exercise and eating more healthy
