  I love this waist trainer! My mother recently bought one for more than twice the price and ended up using mine and loving it as well. It is very high quality and definitely gets the job done. Please note that this is a sturdy waist trainer and not a girdle. I would not recommend wearing it under tight clothes as it would be pretty obvious that you're wearing it. I also would not wear this to work out because it is a tight squeeze and waist mobility is greatly hindered. In short, I am very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend it. In addition, I found this helped a lot with my posture, so thats a plus as well.

  Don't get me wrong I love this waist trainer, but it's a bit tight and the only reason is my skin is saggy from pregnancy and that's what mainly makes it tight. I had another one that really stretches so I thought that this one would be the same, but it wasn't. This is not a bad thing though it actually holds way better than the other one I own and it is very comfortable. I ordered a small, but should of gone with the medium. Height is 5'6 and weight 153

  I ordered a size XL I'm 5'5 1/2 tall 198 Lbs. At first I didn't think it would fit, but I started to fasten it from the very top down then I pulled it down by the sides. It's perfect and very comfortable. I do have a small waist to begin with and very little fat on the sides and tummy. I love the comfort, the fabric & the fit. As I sit it rolls up a tiny bit from the side & back due to having a big booty so that's to be expected no big deal. Overall I love it! I will update my comment after a week of using it. Update ..I have to reorder to a smaller size from a XL to a L Update 1 week later. I love it! Can't wait to receive size L. I notice the difference after wearing it 4 times for 8 hours per day. My daughter noticed the difference on my waistline, so I ordered one for her. I also have been telling my family & friends about this product. 3 ppl placing their order. No regrets! It suppose to fit a bit tight so you can get that hourglass shape.
