  I purchased my first one in Large in August 2020, during that time I was working out maybe 4 times a week. I was eating pretty okay. I purchased my second one in Medium in December of 2020, it was kind of tight at first and hard to breathe lol. I was doing mostly cardio, running a mile in the morning on most days. I wasn't eating the best because it was winter and food is good. It is now April of 2020 and I think it's time to get a Small. This one is really loose on the lower belly, still a little snug in the ribs. But, this waist trainer is really good for this low price. Of course be smart when wearing it. I can sleep in it some days and wake up.I had spine surgery and it helped me out alot with support during working out. It also hides well under a lot of different clothing. I'm 5'1 between 157-160 lbs

  I really like this waist trainer. It's a snug comfortable fit. I bought it in an XL and had to return for a large.

  I love this shapewear! I ordered my normal size which is a Large. I am 5’6, 167 30in waist and 43 in hips. It fits great! It was a bit hard to pull up at first but I mean it’s shapewear- you want it to be a bit tight !

  Okay this thing is intense...getting in and out is like fighting to escape the stomach of a python. I'm sweating, I can't breathe but my waist Is snatched I thought I would be cute and order a size down, like I saw and the review section. My mistake. Please order your true size which I should have done. I am going to return this and order a size up, with breathing being so important. This was a user error not a product error, I do think it is a great product.

  This is the one! I seen A LOT of reviews and YouTube videos and this is the one I went with I am extremely happy with it. My only dislike is the straps come off sometimes. I’m not even sure why this is a feature because with the bust out you can’t wear this without straps. And the thong. I don’t know if it because I have long torso but the thong rides up and is uncomfortable. It hides my mom pouch, so I’m happy.

  It was a tiny bit small but I needed to lose some weight anyway. I lost a little and it fit perfect. It definitely sucks you in and makes you feel tiny, but all your fat does come to the top and bulges around the top of the waist trainer. But it could be because it was a little small on me

  This is my first Waist Trainer Corset but I had multiple shapers for after pregnancy belly and extra weight. I have to say that so far this is the best shaper/corset for me. I have a short torso and this corset fit me perfectly. I am petit (5' 2 ) and after my second baby my middle section got bigger plus C-Section did not help and digestive issues top all my problems. I was 155 pounds when I got it first but as I said my belly was big but I did not measure myself right and got size L...it was way to small for me, so I got my measuring tape and got honest with myself and ordered XXL, this time it was correct, I starter at the biggest set-up and maybe 3 days later I was able to move to the second one, maybe a week later I got to the smallest one. I am also doing the intermittent fasting and for sure this is the biggest reason I am losing weight but this corset is helping me sitting correctly and keeping my belly under control and hopefully it will help me to get my middle section into a better shape.I highly recommend this product for postpartum, I really think is way more conformable than other products available., I wish I had it sooner!
