  This trainer is great! I was hesitant if it would fit well because some reviews said it was too big and than others said too small. I’m 5’, 108lbs and I ordered the XS. It’s perfect! I love the buckles on the inside, and then once you zip it up- you look fabulous. Obviously your fat kind of hangs over the top, but every trainer is going to do that.. so if that bothers you, I guess don’t buy a trainer at all. But when you have a bra on it’s totally fine

  Better quality than others I've purchased. I like that the hem is finished. The tool is scratchy but will be ok with stockings. The band at the waist is good, doesn't make me look like a marshmallow with a string around it. It's perfect with the fitted Grace Karin dress I bought.

  I absolutely LOVE this waist trainer! In 3 weeks I'm down 2 inches. It's a slow process but this is super comfy I wear it 8 hrs plus, at work where I'm constantly bending, reaching, lifting and moving around, I usually don't start feeling discomfort until well over the recommended max of 8 hr use. I will be sizing down soon. I bought a small and I'm 5'4 150lbs waist was 32 starting out don't be fooled and think you have to follow the charts every time I did it was too big and useless in my eyes. I highly recommend this brand.

  Great quality waist trainer for short torso, this unfortunately squishes my hips so I have to return but I absolutely recommend for any torso 9inches and over! 😄

  I have been doing trail and error with finding the right waist trainer. This is the third waist trainer I bought and did not return and is the best one. I am 5'2 weight 165lb and i got a large. i am currently using the last set of hooks and I am going to work my way to the first set of hooks. When i say this waist trainer is easy to hook and zip, it is so worth every penny. My favorite part of the waist trainer is the zipper because it gives that extra security. most of all you can not tell you are wearing this under your clothes. Ladies or gentlemen, please invest in this particular brand and one.

  perfect! very cute and fits well. i’m dumb so it took me a minute to figure out which way was the top.
