  Just received my waist trainer a couple days ago and started using right away. This is my first waist trainer so I'm not sure what to really expect. It was a little tight putting it on the first time but after a couple days you get use to it and I'm already using the second row. As for size I got a large and I typically wear mediums and can sometimes fit into smalls. But I would recommend just measuring yourself and go off the chart they provide. I have been wearing to work all day to get the hang of it and will start wearing to the gym tonight. Definitely recommed and its such a great price!

  You definitely have to put in some work to put it on but once its on it is comfortable and easy to move in but you sweat a bunch and it pulls everything in.

  I have curves again. This Waist Trainer does a great job of holding it all in. I have a curve again when I use it. I can feel the pop when I take it off of my extra going back to its place of sagging. What I like about this waist Trainer is that it doesn't have the bones that the corset ones do, I have a long torso and those tend to cut into my hips. The Velcro on this one really holds in place no matter how tight you set it. And it has additional Velcro straps to help more. Unexpected benefit for me was the back support. A few people mentioned it, but none of the other trainers I used did anything.

  I personally use this for extra back support when my lower back is a bit sore. Not only does it help with my posture but it actually help hold my tummy in tighter cinching my waist for making me actually look thinner so I look better in my clothes. It's also good for wearing to the gym to help sweat off a little extra around the tummy while doing cardio.

  Fits as expected, and does as described. It definitely corrects your posture and helps you hold your stomach in, which is my problem area after having kids. Couple this with a good diet and exercise and I know the results will be proof of this working! I am 5 foot 2, and 140 and with a Large size I fit just fine.:)
