  Love this shaper!!!! The thong is a little tight but other than that it is great!!!!! To get it pulled over my hips I just pull it up as far as I can the roll it over my hips.

  Follow the size chart, don't try to size down or you'll regret it. I normally buy shapers in a M to ensure a snug fit, but read reviews an got thi is an XL. Good thing I did! This shaper has NO give at all. Once you shimmy into it you'll be amazed at the hourglass figure you get and it's actually pretty comfortable once it's on and you're going about your day (if you have a really long torso the thong might be a problem for you, but I was okay with it.) I loved the shape it gave but wish the material was the same everywhere.. the really tight part begins after the panty-line.. so the bottom belly-bulge isn't addressed quite the same way the waistline is. Regardless.. this is the BEST bodyshaper I have. Not a daily-wear item, but when I want to dress to impress I always reach for this one first.

  I take my measurements so I knew that medium was right for me. My hips around around 39 , chubby belly pooch was about 32 and the smallest part of my waist is 27 . I'm 5'6 and about 138lbs. This required some coaxing to get on, but it fits as I expected it to. If you know your measurements then the sizing is true to size. I will say that it is awkward for breathing, but it reminds me a bit of a high allergy day. Nothing unbearable. Definitely corrects poor posture, appears to stay flush to body so it shouldn't be lumpy under clothes. Does make you a bit warm so probably best for cooler days or evening use. Material isn't itchy so that's a huge plus!

  My waist is considered a x-large by measurements but I still went up to a large. Upon arrival the material looks and feels of high quality. After wearing it for the past 3 days I have already noticed the change it has made on reducing my waist size. I'm loving the product and look forward to see more results! Thank you

  Fits perfect (I do suggest you follow the measurement guide, I almost bought the wrong size based on my t-shirt size). The quality is great. It's very comfortable. Overall very happy with my purchase.

  I absolutely love this waist trainer! This is my first time using one and I am astounded as to how well it works. I have been working out and eating clean consistently without seeing much change in my tummy area. I started out being snug on the largest loops to being loose on the smallest loops within three days!! I purchased a size down immediately and it's starting to get loose already! I can see myself getting curvier and I've lost 4 inches off my waist already! It's super comfortable and helps fight off hunger. I recommend this product to everyone!!

  I got this on Sunday and used it for my workouts M-Th and I've already noticed a difference. It's very comfortable I love that it doesn't shift around. I suggest to follow measurement guide for sizing. My physical trainer even loved it--> I sent her the link for it;)

  This is amazing...I have backache and fat belly， I bought this to wear to work a support for my back and it's truly wonderful. it easy put on easy take off. I can't wait to see what the results later on when I'm actually exercising with it on ... if you're thinking about buying it go ahead, it's worth every penny.

  From all the reviews I read I decided to order a true size to fit but when I received it I knew I could go smaller. I returned the true size and now wear the smaller size comfortably. I've tried many different types of spanx and I absolutely love this one. It is tight but not constricting enough where I have a hard time breathing or eating. It actually sucks in my stomach and makes it much flatter. The other spanx that I've purchased only smooth out the rolls but never sucked in the bulge enough to where you looked thinner.

  I'm buying another in nude because I have never had shapewear that looks so good under clothing. Detaching the straps leaves some extra fabric that I had to tuck in but that's my only complaint. It definitely made me shrink 2 dress sizes while wearing it. I wore it for 6 hours one day and it never once felt too constricting. Do NOT get a size smaller then what you actually are. Be realistic with your size choice so that you can actually fit it over your hips! (The hard part). Hope this helps someone.
