  This thing is awesome. It fits perfectly—snug, form-fitting, and doesn't get loose as I wear it—and it not only works as a waist trimmer, but the top has a better hold than most of my sports bras. I have no trouble putting it on and adjusting it, and the pocket for my phone is SO handy (since my yoga pants don't have pockets). To give you an idea of the size/fit, I'm 5'0 , 38D, and currently 149 lbs, though I'm working on getting that lower (obviously). We ordered a large (my wonderful hubby actually ordered it for me) and it's perfect. It's even pink. ^_^

  I was looking for something to target my stomach and back. This product is great. Quality was great. I had no issues with zipper. I am a 38D. I ordered a large. I am 6 1 and 195lbs.(short waisted). I couldn't wait to hit the gym the day this arrived!!! Want that defined hourglass by August and willing to put the time and work at the gym

  Love it!! Very good quality! Thick enough to hold everything in tight but not bulky. You get that streamlined hour glass shape. There's multiple rows of hooks to fit your comfort level. I started on the closest set and will adjust as I see progress. Takes a bit of maneuvering to get into the car with it on but overall quite comfortable.

  This is just what I was looking for in terms of the overall effect. I am 2 months postpartum after a c section and I am looking for something to hide my extra weight and loose skin until I can get rid of it.I confess that I didn't have measuring tape handy when I ordered, but I have an idea what my measurements were before pregnancy and I am normally a small, so I ordered a small. It took a long time to get into it, but ultimately I did. It looked fantastic except for where it pushed everything up to the back of my shoulders. Also, after wearing it for a bit my midsection was very sore which tells me it's too tight. So I'm sending this back and getting a medium and hopefully that will alleviate the back boobs a little bit. But when I had it on, I was able to put on my jeans that I can't manage to button otherwise.

  I don't think some of the people leaving the low reviews on this are properly educated on waist training, i followed the sizing chart and it fits perfectly. HOWEVER I knew before ordering that these are supposed to be hard to get on, they are supposed to be tight and it's supposed to be uncomfortable to wear. When they are no longer uncomfortable or hard to put on you go to the next row and when you reach the last row and it is no longer tight you order a smaller size. That's how these work, so if you're not into being uncomfortable I don't suggest waist training. I'm 5 1, 115 pounds, my waist is about 24-25 inches. I ordered a size small (recommended size for anyone with a waist of 24-26 inches) and it fits perfect. Very very good quality for the price. I was skeptical and a little scared at first since it was so cheap but well worth it.

  I dont ever leave the house without some sort of shaper/compression undergarment on. I'm 5'8 and 150lbs and I'm good shape, but there's nothing like a sleek line free look. I have tried it all, every cut, every brand, every everything and let me tell you this is THE BEST EVER! It holds everything in tightly, leaving no rolls or creases. It is teuley seemly as the cut does not cut (no pun intended lol.) Now a days women have the ability to alter their body shape at their whim.... and what's even better about this garment is it does not interfere with wanting to enhance any other parts, top or bottom, with padding.... I have tossed all 80 pieces of shapewear in my drawer and order 6 of the thing style in beige and in black... It is all I wear now! You can not go wrong with Camillas! The quality is OUTSTANDING, especially for the price! I have paid $75&up for shapewear, none of which even looked or felt half as good as this! I highly recommend. Sizing is on point for a compression garment, however, if you prefer more of a shaper feel to your foundation garments than that of compression, id size one up.

  Oh my I'm in love!! I will be wearing this all the time now!! It's absolutely fantastic! It's a little loose up top even cranked tight as it can go, which is ok, it's my love handles that really need taming! I am 5'5 and 140 lbs and I ordered a medium. I am able to cinch it completely (fairly easily) the first time I put it on. And like I said the top is completely loose under my bust, but being as all bodies are different I'm not too bummed. I'm really quite impressed!! I figure I will wear this for a couple weeks and then try the small that is already on its way!!
