  If you are looking for a tuck that tummy this is great. However, if you want something longer to cover the pooch this may not be the best for you. I do not have a long torso, but short. I found it to run a little small. A great item for perhaps a more petite person. Make sure to check the size to get the best fit for you.

  Love this!!! Only flaw is I accidentally ordered a bit larger than I needed... (My own fault because I didn't pull the measuring tape snug enough)... Surprisingly comfortable, reminds me not to overeat, invites compliments concerning my obvious weight loss lol... And honestly it boosts my self confidence.

  Follow their guidelines and don't order off of your normal size. The reviewers that say to do so are wrong!! Order by there size chart. Otherwise the material is good, the stitching is great. Good product.

  LOVE, LOVE!! I have been wearing this for three weeks now and it helps with my posture and you definitely feel a difference! I started on the first hook and have advanced to the third one even placed an order for a size smaller! it is discrete enough to wear at work and actually comfortable material but still strong enough to suck it all in. Delivery was fast two days with prime! Best $20 I've ever spent! even bought one for my sister that just had a baby she loves it!

  Great product and I love it! My only suggestion is that if you are between sizes on the sizing chart and you want a tighter fit to go one size down. I am personally used to wearing heavy steal boned corsets, that is why I make the suggestion of going down a size. However, if you are new to waist training/have never worn a corset before then go with the sizing chart size, as the sizing chart is accurate and mine fits great!
