  I really enjoy my waist shaper! I don't wear it religiously like I should, but if I do wear it for several days in a row, my waist does feel a little smaller. It's not the most comfortable thing, especially if you eat with it on, but I consider this a good thing, because it stops me from overstuffing myself. I mainly wear it to the gym when I work out, which I think is what your supposed to do. I sweat in a lot and I'm not sure how to wash it, so I spray it with Febreeze often. That's the only downfall. But anyway, would definitely recommend!

  I am 5'3 and 140lbs. i got a medium. It makes you look so seamless and smooth. for the price by far the best i've seen. it does not have much give so be prepared to work to get it on. Once you get it on you will feel great about it.

  It comes in vacuum sealed bag. All you have to do is put it in the dryer on a very low or no heat setting to get it to puff out more.

  I love the fact that it doesn't have a big funky name anywhere. It's all black and the sizes are accurate. I got a large one because that what it says I should get, fits good and gives me a nice shape.

  Love this waist cincher!! I ordered a small, I'm 5'3 127 pounds, and it fits perfect! Remember this is supposed to be tight and not at all comfy, but of course you don't want to hurt yourself and get 2 sizes to small. I suggest to first wear it for about an hour on the first hook, then worm your way up on hours, I wear mine from 10:00 a.m to 9:00 p.m, the only problem was I ordered a BEIGE in extra small and was more like an xx small, I think it runs smaller, so I'm going to stick with the black one. My posture is so much better and my waist has gotten smaller, I'm in the last hook now!
