I'm 5'7 190, and bought the XL. I have it on the first set of hooks and it def sucks everything in as you're hooking the clasps. You do feel a change in your breathing when its finally on. But I've noticed its your body getting used to the form of the waist trainer. Going to try it out this week while at work to see how I do. Excited to see if their are results. It Makes a difference under your clothes! You immediately look more shapley and fit.

Im 5'3 157lbs and i got a size small, fits perfectly on the first hooks :) also since my c section epidural i suffer from so much lower back pain and sloutch a lot so this is definitely supporting my back and it makes it feel so much better! I would definitely recommend ladies! Xo.

I’ve been working out because my wedding day is coming up and my problem area in my dress is my stomach and I needed a waist trainer. I am so happy I came across this one...I ordered a large because thats what I normally wear and I’m trying to size down to a medium and it fits really well. In the pics I have it at the second row. This waist trainer is AMAZING. it's so comfortable and lightweight. I'm 5'7 , 215 lbs and wear an XL t-shirt and 14-16 pants and I got a size XXL. it's on the first hook and is snug as heck. It'll last me a good couple months before I have to downsize :) BUY THIS.

It fits perfectly and I order an xl so I would go up one size in these

It’s great super sturdy but it was too big for me either it runs big orbim smaller than i think just ordered a small short it was also a bit too long

Arrived within 4 days, fits like how I expected it to although I’ll provably have to go down a size since I can already clip the second hook after only a week. It’s pretty comfortable compared to other waist trainers and I usually wear it 4-6hrs a day.

My waste is about 40” or so and I ordered my size based off of other customer reviews and their pics and I am very glad I ordered the large. It fits snug and perfect! It shapes so well! There aren’t barely any creases or fold ups and that’s what you want! I love this purchase thank you!

I'm 5'3, 135lbs so I ordered a size S. It fits great!! I didn't believe this would work but I've been wearing it for three weeks and I'm already seeing results!My waist is getting smaller and curvy. I do wear it all day except when I workout and sleep.I will be purchasing a different color in the near future.

Some good reviews, some bad ones. I thought have a good one. I was worried the M would be too small, nope I am 5 4' 157 and she fits like a glove. Now for results

Ive had this for one week and im very happy with it. I may have ordered a size to big because im already on the smallest clips and its stretching just a tad but overall im happy with it. I work as a CNA and i move a LOT. The breathable fabfic is perfect for keeping me cool on rough days and is flexible enough to not be an inconvenience. Ive ordered a few before and the clips always end up coming out due to cheap threading but after taking a close look they're nice and sturdy. It might be upholstery thread holding them in. If not i suggest using it for future threading.

As an aspiring model and transgender woman looking to train my body to get that hourglass figure its doing a surprisingly good job for the price. Once this one gets to big ill order a medium one of the same kind.

I’m 5’5 and weight 160 I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly, I’m a large in shirts so i figured getting a size down would be smart.

This was a great purchase. I originally got. A 2x which was way too small. Exchanged that for a 3x and that was still small so ended up with a 4x finally (I’m 5’4”, 230lbs).

The first week I only wore it 3 out of 7 days and noticed a difference in my stomach. I don’t work out and hadn’t changed my diet but I wa sweating a lot in it. I lost 5 pounds in 7 days! My stomach seemed smaller in my shirts and it was such a good feeling. The next week I wore it 4/7 days and lost another 3lbs and 1/2 inch off my waist. I highly recommend measuring yourself with a tape measure to see what size you are and then going a size up. It comes a little small. But I’m already on the second hooks and am so happy with the results!!!

I was very anxious and could not wait for this to come in. It took about a week two get here, with standard shipping, and as soon as it did I put it on. It’s a little too small but I managed to squeeze into it, which is my own fault for I did not measure myself just guessed. I absolutely love this product. Got this today and I already love it! I am normally a size small and I ordered an extra small and it fits perfectly! The only problem is bending over. But it feels better on my back and the fabric is comfortable. Love this

Feels like really good quality. Heavy and durable. The bones bend when you sit, but it's a good reminder to sit tall. I'm 5'3 and about 155 lbs and ordered a medium. It was ROUGH getting into the first time, but that's to be expected. So far I like it, it's gonna be hard to get used to though.
