This has been my favorite waist trainer. I need to buy a new one!

You have to expect it will be tight since you are trying to decrease your waist size. Smooths out the tummy, and I enjoy wearing it everyday. With diet and exercise this helps you lose weight too. I feel like it helps you eat less and feel fuller also. Started at a 3xl, now about to get a L. The only thing is if you have some gas it can sort of trap it and be a tiny bit painful. Avoid sodas and things that cause gas when you are wearing it.

This is an excellent product that surpassed my expectations. The quality is like medical grade. I purchased a medium. When I first received the product, I could only fit the very last row of hooks. Today, 3 or 4 days later, I am on the first row of hooks. It requires effort to do up the hooks (15 of them) so give yourself time, if you are planning on wearing it to an evening.My waist has already cinched by 1.5 .Great quality and design. I will buy again.I LOVE IT. I love the security, fabric , shape it gives fantastic. It's totally worth your money.

This product really works. It’s well made, doesn’t stretch out, easily cleaned. Buy it tight, because that’s the size you want to shape your body to, you’re going to need to put some effort into getting it on. Also, buy at least two so you can wear a clean one everyday. Or, be able to change into a clean one after you workout. They’re great for working out, everything’s not jiggling about.

It is a bit long, as it reaches my lower abs, however, it still fits nicely. I am 23 inches on the waist, and going to the third hooks still fit nicely. It was my first time using a latex waist trainer, it's not as stretchy and it's much harder to bend than the stretchy ones. It does make you sweat more though!

Breathable, yet firm wear. Fits close to expected. Slightly larger than I thought. Definitely will be reordering when I go down a size!

I love the product, it is everything I expected, I do everything in it .I wear it about ten hours a day.
