Best ever for plus size my waist was a 59 now its a 48 i love it now i have to buy new on.

Make sure you get 2 sizes smaller than what the size chart suggestions, my measurements was 38 1/2 under my bust my waist is 36 and my hips are 43 & I got a 2X thinking it would be too small but on the contrary it was too bit under my bust so I'm getting an XL, the size chart said get a 3X & I went down 1 size because as per the reviews I saw it ran a bit big & it does so I suggest you size down 2 sizes than the suggested size on the chart. The quality is amazing though, it felt nice & thick & heavy, def worth the price & the inaccurate sizing, I'm getting an XL & returning this one

Purchased for my 16 yr old daughter. She loved it. It really helped her get in control of herself. It did eventually get stretched out but it helped her when she needed it and now she works out and no longer needs the waist trimmer.

I originally ordered this style in a size small but it was too big, I had it tightened to the very last notch and it was barely tight enough! I went ahead and ordered an x-small (still on the last notch but definitely tighter than the other), also very comfortable to workout in. This WT is perfect for those who have a shorter torso like myself! I’m 5”3” 142 lbs.

I had a size med a month later I was into a small without diet and exercise I sleep in mines or wear to work I’ll need and xs really soon

I started with a 32” waist I used their small trainer for over a month and got to 30” using the last hookI decided to buy the XS when I first tried it on I thought it was waaaaaaay too small but I managed to close the first hook ☺️☺️ It’s wearable & it does not feel like I can’t breath like other waist trainersMy advice is measure yourself & go by the size chart
