It definitely helped shed inches around my waist. However, it is a bit long for my torso. I am 5’7 and when i work out it can be a little uncomfortable because of it pushing up on my chest. Other than that it does work!

I love how it has help my posture. It was the right size and within 2weeks I was able to close it in the last hooks. I am amazed will be ordering a size down. I love that after I use it I have a semi hour Glass and I am a chunky girl ( 5'2 & 180 pounds ). I got XL now going into L . Thank you

I Love ordering this waist trainer... I started out with XL and dropped down to a medium. I wear it to work for 8 hours or more... It will reduce your waist line if you constantly wear it. I use the third row now.. When I first got it I had to start with the first row now....

Love it! It's kinda loose now so I actually could've gotten a small.

I have an extremely large abdomen. I always have. So normally when I wear girdles or spanxs they tend to give or roll up or down. This corset stays in place and it s not that difficult to put on. It s gives me a certain degree of confidence when I wear fitted clothing.

This is great! Wearing it 8 hours a day has really helped flatten my stomach and gives an immediate confidence boost!! 2 reduction just by wearing it! Kinda hard to hide under clothing, but with layers or patterns, it can definitely be done!

The waist trainer fits great! I got a large (I'm 5'4, 190lbs.). It started on the third ring and after two weeks of wear I'm already on the first! I would say that it does begin to bend after a while.

Comfortable enough for everyday use. I went by the measurements listed and it fit just right. It's still going strong two years later. Machine wash. Gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry. Wish it came in a best.

This is my second one from this company and I love these waist trainers. Over the summer I bought a medium never having worn one before. Let me say this .... I dove into this thing with a open and positive mind if it worked then great we can go from there. When I first got it I was a 29 waist and now have shrunk down to a 25 When I first tried it on it took me 10 min of laying down and sucking in to get it hooked. I slowly eased into how long I wore it by the end of the week I was able to wear it all day then it just became easier and easier. I also used a hot cellulite Muscle cream to help shrink it more. By the end of the summer around August it was to big for me and had to downsize to a small. I have already worked my way to the last row in the small and ready for xs . Iam able to wear mine for 11 to 12 hrs everyday. If u are patient open minded and consistent I say give it a try. I have added before photos and my current photo of what these amazing waist trainers can do if u can be patient and determined.
