On weekends I have been using this cream from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013PCR38G/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 a few essential oils I read about on line for fat loss and plastic wrap..put the waist trainer over it as tightly as you like and go about your day. Keep it on as long as you can..I made it 7 hours and I lost 2 in my waist the first time I tried it!
