Love it. It's a firm fit. Been wearing to the gym. I lift as well, and provides just a lil support to my back. NOT TO BE CONFUSED FOR A LIFTING BELT. I love it, I sweat a lot, my stomach feels flatter. It's only been two days wearing straight to the gym.

This belt is adjustable and very comfortable. I would recommend it for waist training and postpartum shaping

Holds your abs in perfectly

The YIANNA women's waist trainer is a great product! Shipping was great! It came sooner that expected! I love it! I use it to go to the gym and it makes my abdomen sweat like crazy! It also helps to mold your waist and helps take off a couple extra inches! I definitely recommend this for anyone looking to start waist training. Great fit

I'm usually a size medium but decided to get a small. The trainer still fits good and is as comfortable as a waist trainer can be. I love the color as well. Waaaaaay better than my last waist trainer. The material is thick and of very good quality. It does kind of bend on the right side once it's on but that doesn't too much bother me. It'll smooth out once I begin to lose fat.

Looooove fits perfectly!!!! I have a longer torso so I will have to order a 2nd one. If you wear a size 18 or up you should definitely order a xxl just for comfort and extra room. I will order from this seller again.

I am writing this review the same day as receiving the product, if any of my opinions change I will update this review! As of now, WOW. This is amazing!!!!!!! Honestly its so great. Its comfortable as far as these things go, I wear it outside of my clothes while at home. It helps improve posture 100%! It is worth it for that alone. I will be wearing everyday (while at home) for 30 days to see what that does to my posture overall. It also helps me to suppress appetite and feel full, and I love the shape it gives me while I wear it. I am very happy with the purchase! The first enclosure is snug and comfortable, the second enclosure is what really fits so tight and well. It fits around me so tight and snug. I can feel it working :) Again, very happy with this product !! The velcro seems VERY good and strong, doesn't seem cheap to me. I ordered a size S and I am about a size small in t shirts, it fits very well, glad I got this size :)

The way you can adjust this cincher is genius! I am able to wear it all the time and just let it be a little loser or tighter
