I am 5’5, 155 pounds. My waist is 29/30 inches and I bought a Medium. Im glad I did because as you see the Yianna is not perfectly at the center of my stomach so it gives me something to work towards. I have a lot of room in this belt. If I want to I can absolutely make the second band tighter and align the Yiana name to the center. However, I prefer to gradually tigheten it along with my stomach tightening. I like to feel comfortable, a little tightness at a time is all I need. So with the second stretchy band you can adjust it to your liking. Definitely worth the money!

This belt is a miracle worker!! I LOVE this! It creates a beautiful hour glass shape when on, but it also helps posture, curbs your appetite since it puts pressure on your midriff I was not hungry as often or as much. When I did eat I ate a lot less. My boyfriend noticed a difference in the 2nd week. Full disclosure I do wear this every day Monday through Friday however I don't always wear on the weekends. I am down 2 pants sizes, clothes I haven't been able to wear for a couple years I can wear again. When mine wears out I will definitely be buying this again! Thank you!

I wish I would have bought this instead of the Belly Bandit after childbirth. It's definitely more durable and a lot cheaper. My natural waist is 33 inches and I wear size 4; size Medium would have fit perfectly. Due to the reviews stating it runs small and I followed the manufacture's size chart so I ordered size Large and it's too big. I'm still able to use it with barely any velcro left to secure the belt. If I lose any belly fat I think I would have to invest in a smaller size.
