This Item fits perfect I already have one I use both after a good work out one in the upper torso and the other around the lower stomach area.

For me it fit the way I wanted it to and it has lasted me 3 years until today when the fabric on the outside ripped! However I did order a new one and I do use it 5 days of the week when I run or do an circuits! Best one I’ve used!

LOOOOVEEE IT! I've been showing this to my friends and they are impressed. My only issue is that it didnt take long before the wires to keep the waist clincher in its shape began to tear through the material. over all im pleased much more affordable than these other fancy waist trainer's/clinchers. If i wear it long enough i feel my abs have gotten tighter!

My mom complained to her doc about her back pain and the doc told her to lose some weight and also get some waist support belt . That's why I got her this one. Per my mom it works well, especially when she walk around , it makes her sweating a lot and at the same time support her back and reduced some pain. I love my mom

I am writing this review the same day as receiving the product, if any of my opinions change I will update this review! As of now, WOW. This is amazing!!!!!!! Honestly its so great. Its comfortable as far as these things go, I wear it outside of my clothes while at home. It helps improve posture 100%! It is worth it for that alone. I will be wearing everyday (while at home) for 30 days to see what that does to my posture overall. It also helps me to suppress appetite and feel full, and I love the shape it gives me while I wear it. I am very happy with the purchase! The first enclosure is snug and comfortable, the second enclosure is what really fits so tight and well. It fits around me so tight and snug. I can feel it working :) Again, very happy with this product !! The velcro seems VERY good and strong, doesn't seem cheap to me. I ordered a size S and I am about a size small in t shirts, it fits very well, glad I got this size :)

I love this cincher. It's not bulky and makes me feel more confident during my workouts. I'm 190lbs 5'5 and a [large] fit me perfectly. There are so many of these cinchers on Amazon but I urge others to get this one; It's true to size and not bulky.

Loved the fit and the breathable material it was made out of! I'm usually a medium (I wear a size 8) but I ordered one size up and got a large and it fits perfectly! I like how adjustable it is

I love it! It fits perfectly and I love that I'll be able to adjust it as I lose weight. The material isn't flimsy and the cincher also lends abdominal and back support as I'm working out or wearing it during errands.

I'm very impressed with this! It was a bit snug at first but that's expected , but after IL the fabric stretches nicely and I can already feel my body starting to sweat! :)
I'm 5'7 , I weigh 130, I bought an SMALLiit fits comfortable I thought at first it was too small but after getting it on, it fits comfortable.
