This is my second time to purchased this item on line, quality is pretty good and it doesn't make you sweat, it is flexible but also great back support for slouchers like myself, it is easy to put on and take off.

The fit is as expected however after wearing it consistently for about 2 weeks the wires are starting to come out so it's a little cheaply made. It still gets 5 stars because it works I'll just have to purchase another one soon to replace it. Reasonable price.

Love it very good for the price

I am a size medium in shirts and pants and jean size 4 and the medium fits great and I can tighten it if I lose weight. It's well made and has breathable material along the back. It has a Velcro closure in the front and also extra Velcro strips to make it tighter on the sides. It's actually really comfortable and you can't see it under a lose shirt. For a tighter shirt I would wear a tank top over it first. Not only does this make me look thinner and hold everything in, it improves my posture. I definitely recommend this to others!!

This is very comfortable but still helps support your back and belly. I planned on using mine for the gym but I might even try it under a slip when I wear dresses because it doesn't make me feel like I can't breathe and it supports so well.

I ordered the medium size, it fits perfectly on me.it is recommended by my coach that wearing the waist cincher effectively reduce the injury to minimum while exercising.I did felt uncomfortable at the first day, but it got better later. high quality by the way

I personally use this for extra back support when my lower back is a bit sore. Not only does it help with my posture but it actually help hold my tummy in tighter cinching my waist for making me actually look thinner so I look better in my clothes.

It's also good for wearing to the gym to help sweat off a little extra around the tummy while doing cardio.

I have curves again. This Waist Trainer does a great job of holding it all in. I have a curve again when I use it. I can feel the pop when I take it off of my extra going back to its place of sagging. What I like about this waist Trainer is that it doesn't have the bones that the corset ones do, I have a long torso and those tend to cut into my hips. The Velcro on this one really holds in place no matter how tight you set it. And it has additional Velcro straps to help more. Unexpected benefit for me was the back support. A few people mentioned it, but none of the other trainers I used did anything.

I like this product because its extremely comfy and is GREAT for improving posture/back pain and gives you that corset shape/feel you're going for!

Just got mine yesterday. Put it on this morning, I have been wearing it all day. Snug and comfortable. I am wearing it under a pretty tight fitting tank top and nobody can even tell. Very pleased. My back feels great and hoping to slim down my waist and tummy. Have not worn it to the gym yet.

I ordered a size up in this product so that way after I have my baby it will fit and I can try to shrink my waist. My husband is testing this out for right now and he seems to really like it. He said he can actually feel Slimmer even just after wearing it for one day. He said he feels like his stomach is flatter. I will continue to monitor this and give updates.
