  This product is of great material but it took me buying it 3 times to finally get a perfect, snug, but able to breath fit. I try followed the size chart but I think it runs big. I weigh 188 lbs and am 5’1. I originally ordered a 5XL because I’ve ordered others and they DO NOT FIT, even on the biggest size. I then bought the 2XL but still to big, fit but no support at all. Finally ordered a XL and it fits snug but comfortable and I can breath. The metal things it has, do not poke at all. Overall I’m really impressed with it, great bargain for the price.

  First things first, I was able to accurately get the correct size. Measure the highest part of your waist!!(slightly above the belly button!!) and go with the size 2-3 inches smaller! A waist cincher should fit right without suffocating you as well as being somewhat tight. I don’t recommend exercising in this as it will ruin and stretch the fabric. Remember long term results take TIME! You will feel an improvement in back posture and you will feel confident in the little black dress when you wear this underneath! Since I wore a back belt for work due to a bad back I was able to instantly wear this more than 8+ hours. For beginners or anyone that hasn’t worn a back belt/brace I recommend “seasoning” wear it for 2-3 hours your first day and slowly add hours every day for a week! It Will break in your waist trainer while getting you used to the constriction. I also recommend this for anyone looking to cut back on portions and snacking, it acts as a natural lap band due to the compression of the stomach, great for dieting! After a while I will update with pictures and results! GOOD LUCK!

  I love this short torso waist trainer. I have long legs and my torso is very short. Prior to finding out about the short torso waist trainers, I was purchasing the normal ones for women with long torsos and short legs. Well my body changed alot. The area where my waist and butt meets became flat, as I wore the waist trainer for about 8hrs per day. Needless to say...I'm exercising and that area is slowly improving. I would highly recommend this waist trainer if you have a short torso like me.

  I ordered a medium and is tight but that’s what I was wanting since my lower belly is a little bit in the bigger size so for the dress I’m planning to use it with it will be perfect.
