  My waist is 31 and bought the large. Should've bought a medium. I can put it on the last clips already. But overall very comfortable and breathable.

  I absolutely love this trainer is worth every dollar that I spent,not to mention this price was nice,but even if the price was more,I would have paid it because the waist trainer is really high quality and fit me so well.

  This is very nice quality . However, I have to exchange. It runs very very very small! I’m 5’8 and 140 lbs. I sized up and got a large and it’s still too small. I normally wear a medium. I like things right but once I zipped this size I couldn’t breathe

  So after a car wreck that left me with a compressed disc, then twins and horrific complications (we're all fine now, thankfully) in the last year, I'm now carrying weight where I never have and my belly is shot - second c-section and I'm in my 40s so nothing is 'bouncing back' haha. Anyway, my kiddo wants to dress as Anna and Elsa for halloween and being a curvier girl to start with, I was dreading trying to fit into an Anna costume. Between the backache and fitted bodices? corset! I wound up ordering this one and wow...immediately ordered 2 more. My back feels incredible, my boobs look amazing and having the poofy of my middle squished down left me a lot more confident to fit into that overpriced Anna dress. Another lady wrote of back boobs - let me tell you, that problem is real! But I was able to address it with a different approach to fitting into my corset. I wrapped it high on my torso, the top several inches above my breasts - then I fastened the hooks and eyes over my ribcage and once I was ready, slowly pulled down until the corset was in place. Did it feel good? nope. But it shifted and squeezed everything downwards (obviously I lifted my breasts out of the way haha) and while there is a little rounding up top, it's nothing I would object to - no different than a minimizer bra or a sports bra causing a little mini bra-line muffin top. A thin cami and that wasn't an issue at all - the ridiculous halloween costume (cheap cheap taffeta and nylon) isn't forgiving at all but I don't see rolls or baby poof, so I know it'll work great under regular clothing. Like I said, I ordered two more. So happy!

  It comes very nice and next in a bag, but you can size down it fits fine but if you want it to be a little on the tighter end that would work

  I am a 18/20 size waist and this fit well. I loved the adjustability. The laces are normal cotton laces so if you went a more sophisticated look, I’d suggest buying some other laces or ribbon. I wore this for a Renaissance festival over a dress and it was perfect! Great quality and the boning is exceptional for the price. I have tried other inexpensive corsets and the boning would stab me and collapse. These held up to sitting and moving. I have a relatively long torso and this still hit below the belly button for me. Would definitely recommend!!

  I’ve had many waist trainers, this fit so well. It is the perfect amount of tight, it supports your back and is GREAT quality. it looks great on its own. i wear now with an outfit as a course on top of a baggy white shirt. so cute. if you are looking for a cute waist trainer that does it’s job this is the one. it got me down to a 25 in waist in 3 weeks! 10/10 would recommend.

  Material is sturdy . This is my first time waist training but I can tell you it does NOT feel cheap. I got mine for $9 and i can already feel it was a good purchase. I don’t know my exact measurements but i did a LOT of research and I got an x-small. Fits perfect, rule of thumb is once you receive it you need to start on the first row of clips, if your whole hand still fits in the trainer it’s too big for you. Only one finger should fit in your trainer for it to really work. Wear only a couple hours first day, then gradually add 2 hours until you can comfortably wear it for the max of 8-10 hours. Although I wouldn’t do more than 8 so that your trainer can keep its shape and your stomach skin can breathe. Got all this from my research. Hope this helps !

  I was expecting to be disappoint tbh. but surprisingly satisfied. I got the XL a little tight but it's suppose to be tight. I'm 5'3 180lbs. fits the bust great don't need a bra with it. gives curvy shape. haven't had the chance to work out in it yet. fits around my shoulder fine. yeah it smells like plastic a little but just wash it you'll be fine.
