  This is one of the best I've had, but.... Have to wear a camisole Under it, the material holds the body oils and sweat in... and that may ruin it. It really is a great product.

  The goal was to sweat more while working out and that was definitely achieved! I would suggest wearing a t-shirt under it for the first few times because it irritated the armpit/side breast area. It stayed in place during the entire 90 minute workout. I'm excited and hopeful for good results in the next 3 months.

  I've been using this waist trainer throughout my weight loss journey to help shape my waist and to also aid with shedding excess water weight. I like that this one is a little longer since I do have a longer torso. It is easy to hook, feels pretty comfortable. Great price for the product. I started off with a large and am now using a small. (5'2 130 lbs 27 in waist for reference)

  I love it. It has not zipper or clips so you can’t see it when I am wearing it. It has the bottom clips for easy bathroom access. I wear a size 13 jeans and Large shirt, I got a XXL and it fits perfect. Not too tight not too loose.

  I love this dress i ordered a 5x since i normally wear 2-3X and the reviews said it runs small and the 5x fits perfectly. I am 5'5 and about 280 pounds also 31weeks pregnant and it is such a comfortable dress. I highly recommend it and a petticoat to go under it to give it that little something extra. I bought this one and now awaiting my second in a different color
