  This is the BEST waist trainer I have ever used and I have quite a few from other brands. It is comfortable but supports my back, keeps bloating down, and keeps my core snug and engaged. I ordered size L with measure ments of 32.4 at the smallest of my waist and 35 around the bottom of my belly.

  It fit very well and it doesn't rise up... I like the one I had before because it made me sweat but the aggravation from it rising in the back was just too much after a while. I really love how secure and snug it fits... I got the perfect size.

  Fits really well just make sure that you measure yourself and look at the sizes by measurements. I do need a longer one. It's a little short for me. This size will be short for a tall women
